Stopped here today with friends for a spontaneous breakfast. I think the location is a little hidden, but that doesn't necessarily have to be a disadvantage.Very nice welcome and attentive staff made the stay very pleasant.Amazing to have such a great place in Hermeskeil. You'll be happy to come back there.

I was excited. Very nice and large apartments, modernly furnished. You are warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home. The service at breakfast was great. The breakfast itself was great and the price was great for what you got!!!Definitely again on my next business trip.

Went there for breakfast for the first time and were really impressed.Great ambience, very nice service and great, plentiful food.I can really recommend it, we were definitely not there for the last time.

The room is very large, someone must have read the ruler incorrectly in the bathroom. Otherwise it's clean, it's not possible to darken the room, it's very bright very early on, something needs to be improved

Stayed overnight on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig with your dog. Very friendly service and nice modern and clean room. Even the dog food that was sent ahead was taken into custody!In the morning there was a delicious and filling breakfast! Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying at Kallido Café and absolutely loved my stay. The hotel offers a charming atmosphere coupled with excellent service and exceptional hospitality.The room I stayed in was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and I was able to relax wonderfully. In addition, the room was very clean and well maintained.The hotel staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. They were always willing to answer my questions and help me with my concerns. Your professional and friendly service really enhanced my stay.

This is called a family business...no one knows what the other one is doing. Room rent from 285 € to 350 € was all included, absolutely overpriced if you can't/are not allowed to use anything!!!Expired drinks were offered, no replacement!!!!!!!Disrespectful, arrogant, dishonest behavior!It was the last time we were there, which is a shame because the rooms are very nice!

We registered a family celebration with 60 guests, verbal confirmation was given, an employee verbally quoted the price for the hall as 350 euros, but without using the stove, our own garbage disposal, no tea towels available! One day before our party, after we asked, we were told that we would only be able to go into the hall to decorate at around 5 p.m., tables were missing, had to be filled with garden tables, cutlery/dishes/glasses were only set out for 50 guests, after multiple requests Dishes, glasses and cutlery were delivered to us. All the glasses had water stains and had to be polished by us, there were no uniform glasses for the number we needed. On the day of the celebration, one of our guests discovered that we were serving expired beer…. When requested, the owners only came two hours later to limit the damage and deliver fresh beer, and the celebration was then over. We confronted the owners very angrily and were shouted at... The agreed agreement was not kept, a funeral was forced in advance... Drinks were not in the fridge as agreed, no information like the light in the room to operate, no key handover of the room...Conclusion: no more rentals in the premises, uncoordinated staff, price-performance ratio is out of proportion, absolutely unreliable. I can only advise you to have a written contract with all the conditions.It's a shame, the rooms are very nice, but the coordination is a disaster and such behavior towards paying customers => a no go for me
