The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was only suitable for sleeping, but not comfortable at all, the rooms are only cleaned on request, but it is already paid for in the price, the bar is self-service, very impersonal, at home I also help myself to the fridge. The reception is closed at lunchtime and in the evening, if you arrive before 2 p.m. you have to wait in front of the hotel in the rain when I made the comment that for me this would not be a hotel where you can't get in, nothing to drink without self-service and have to make my own beds like at home, I was yelled at on the first day. The next day, the few staff were very friendly and I was informed that since Corona there was no longer any staff available and otherwise they would have to close the hotel. The Hau's am See, great, friendly, accommodating, just how you imagine a vacation, but unfortunately the restaurant had a closed party the next day, so you couldn't stay there either.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, which is in a very good location. I have to say that it is really a top address for a 3* hotel. The rooms were absolutely great, the breakfast buffet was absolutely rich. There is even a sauna and a small gym. I was here on business and unfortunately wasn't able to take advantage of the great amenities. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I'll definitely come here privately with my wife and dog at some point.I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet hotel (as long as some guests behave more quietly in the garden area under the balconies after 11 p.m.), nice large rooms with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub, also very large (very rare), mattress rather soft but OK for two nights. ,Breakfast has everything you need👌,Receptionist very friendly upon arrival, got a great tip for a restaurant for dinner 👍
