Old house with nice rooms. Not completely renovated! Therefore, small limitations in comfort. Can easily be overlooked.If you're looking for grand hotel luxury, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place.

Fantastic hotel. Great price. Norry is a friendly, warm host. Parking nearby was quite convenient. The hotel is near Spital Tor and the market.Breakfast was typical german and well done. We would go again.

What an amazing place to stay! Norry greeted us and was so helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was really good. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was very helpful to have a blow dryer. We can't wait to come back.

Norry was a wonderful host and our room was cozy, comfortable and perfectly located within the walled city of Rothenburg. Breakfast was good and the availability of nearby parking was a great added bonus.

Very relaxed stay right in the heart of Rothenburg - and still quiet.Parking opposite is great for a small fee, so you're flexibleThe rooms were completely sufficient for us, as was the breakfast.Many thanks to Mr. Raidel, who also gave us tips for a short hike and the “spontaneous music rehearsal” in the morning 😀We'd love to come back!!

Firstly , the house is really CLEAN and as centrally located as possibleThe stay itself is more iconic than any hotel stay cause it’s a medivial set up and no hotel can give you that feel. The house literally looks like it’s out of a Harry Potter movie.The owner of the house is one of the most wonderful human beings i have ever met. He makes sure you feel comfortable and his presence just adds a touch of grace to the whole house.By far one of the best home stays of my life.

More than positively surprised.We spontaneously asked for a family room and were received more than politely.For people who, like us, love an old rustic flair, it's just the thing. The owner is super friendly. The breakfast was extremely delicious, especially the caraway bread, which tasted like it was homemade.It's definitely worth a visit.We'd love to come back. We really enjoyed our stay at the Raidel guest house! The owner is incredibly warm and listened to our and our dog's every wish. The breakfast is not overwhelming, but sufficient and in a wonderfully cozy room. We were able to park our car in a parking lot opposite for a small fee. Our rooms were a bit older and something could be renovated here and there, but what was much more important to us: everything was very clean and functional! And especially for a visit to such a historic city as Rothenburg o.d. We found the rooms very suitable/charming! It's like diving into another time without the modern hustle and bustle... We'd love to come back and say thank you, Mr. Raidel, for the wonderful time!
