My new review stayed in September 2024.The room does not match the photos on Google at all, the room is not very private, the TV only has 2 dark channels, the room is big enough for capsule accommodation, for women who like makeup the lighting in the room is dim, at night the hallway lights are too bright to let in in the room, lots of mosquitoes, either the room or the sheets smell of stale milk/cut raw peanuts/sometimes the smell of cigarettes, it's hot because there's only 1 AC, the room is shared with all the rooms & the entrance to the room is hard to close so the AC doesn't really feel like it (⭐2).The bathroom is quite clean but the shower is rusty/dirty, the toilet is not very clean, the sink has a leak at the bottom & the tap is wobbly, there are only 2 bathrooms (⭐3).The good thing is that next to the accommodation there is a 24 hour Lawson (⭐5).The location of the prayer room is behind the parking lot (⭐4).Just ask the receptionist for Wifi.There is no CCTV in the room hallway.It's on the side of the road so it's not difficult to find & it's not too quiet.Not bad for backpackers who only need transit, not suitable for those who really want to rest.

It's really a disappointing hotel, my family and I have given up on staying there... I haven't even been there for an hour, my refund money has been deducted... that's really crazy... for those of you who want to stay, don't ever stay at this hotel, it's really disappointing 😡😡😡 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please, please facilities + service according to KN with the price of cooking to clean the rooms, you have to wait all day until it comes out, the bathroom water is really expensive, if you buy a can to give a trash bin click and keeps the blanket bed sheet, too many. EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE IS QUITE HIGH BUT IT'S VERY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS FACILITIES AND SERVICES.

Yesterday I upgraded my room because it turned out the standard room had no windows and was under the stairs. Standard room price is 120 thousand, book on Traveloka. The guy on staff said he could upgrade. I upgraded to a deluxe room, which on Traveloka costs 245 thousand. The male staff said that later the price of the deluxe room would be reduced by the price of the standard room. It should just add 100-150 thousand. Eeh, it turns out I was told to pay 250 thousand. That means I didn't upgrade, but ordered a new room.

I like the service, it's good, the facilities are complete, I want to go to TSM nearby and Kiara Arta just walks to get there. Suitable for those who want to travel to Bandung city because it is close to everywhere and close to the train station too

Astaghfirullah, I was cheated... 👿 SDH TFR actually ended up being cheated... be careful, there is a WA contact in the review which turns out to be a fraud contact... 😭 Please, is this hotel really available or not?... don't let there be any more victims...

Capsule hotel with a rate of 60k on the online booking application. Friendly staff.The rooms are clean and smell good. Facilities that capsule room customers get: towels, 600ml mineral water, shared air conditioning, TV per room, shared bathroom. Room doors require special techniques to lock, bathroom facilities need repair, hallways need regular cleaning, because hotel guests are going to the bathroom.

Yes, if you're stuck, it's okay to use the capsule hotel, but the blankets are a bit dirty, the room is also a bit dusty, there's no hot water, the sharing AC is in the hallway so it's a bit hot and stuffy
