1a hotel! It is particularly suitable as a quarantine hotel. Full board included, taking individual wishes into account, and not just a culinary delight! The atmosphere is great, the staff is very attentive. What should be particularly highlighted is the loving room service, so I repeatedly discovered little chocolate bars (and sometimes even entire bars of chocolate) or other surprises as a little "extra" in front of my room door. If you have a lot of time and are looking for something to do, this is the right place for you - the hotel team even offers game sessions with a wide selection of games, from Code Names to Monday Painter to Geotastic.Despite some adversities, a very successful stay so far.

For my stay in Heidelberg I had booked a single room here for 13 nights and 2 dinners. The room was small but stylishly furnished and pleasantly quiet. The private and sunny south-facing balcony with a lavishly stocked minibar was impressive. Although the room was clean and tidy, I noticed that mice had apparently nested in the closet in one of the other rooms. Of course that doesn't work at all!The entire accommodation is deliberately kept rudimentary and strives to create a cozy and familiar atmosphere. Guests were addressed by initials and consistently referred to as “roommates.” Well, if you like it...There was no telephone wake-up service, but there was a reminder of the evening rest times through rhythmic knocking noises that were piped into the room via a pipe system. A bit unusual but creative and in my opinion consistent with the overall concept.Various models of bicycles could be easily rented through the accommodation and picked up or returned at the three stations (directly at the accommodation, a few streets further and at the main train station).A wide range of sports including personal training is available at any time of day.Unfortunately, I can NOT agree with past reviews regarding good service! When we left the reception was not occupied. I tried to reach the "main tenant" by phone, where I was told via Whatsapp (??) that I should simply put the room keys in the room and close the entrance door behind me. Highly unprofessional!! The bathroom, toilet and kitchen also had to be shared with the employees. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!Gladly again at any time

Here you can not only look forward to a comfortable arrival and lingering with great cuisine, relatively funny people, etc. No, here the farewell is the secret highlight of your trip! As you leave the hotel, a waving tower of people forms in the window - the view from the Kapellenweg stop is particularly worthwhile in the dark. The waving tower is launched through a skilful play of light. This is real outdoor entertainment! I can therefore only recommend taking the train. I'll be back - to leave...

Excellent service!I'm also completely impressed by the new hairdressing salon in the main building!Classic atmosphere and the hairdresser is a real artist. After the haircut, I also received the compliment of my life from a lovely lady on the hotel staff - "yes, it looks a lot more like a carpet now."This establishment is simply stunning!
