I experienced an extremely helpful host and front desk staff after getting into Frankfurt with a lost piece of luggage and needing to rent a room last minute. They went above and beyond to find a room for me fast and provided support as to finding stores I needed to find to buy the things I needed that were delayed in my suitcase. I honestly have seldom experienced this kind of impromptu customer service and extra steps to make an already difficult day better. Thank you and this will not be my last time renting here. And by the way, the location is right near old downtown and everything can be reached by walking.

The Apartment we’ve got,was ok. It’s in the next house (house no. 36)from reception. It had facilities we needed. Floor in the room quite old and bathroom not really modern decorated but it’s clean. There’s small cupboard and cook area in the room.Check in was very fast and you have to pay 15€ extra, when you a parking need. Parking is very small and just across the street.During the time we stayed (Nov 2023), the street in front of apartment is under construction.

The reception times could be a little longer in the evening (until 6 p.m.). The mini apartments offered (for me a 1 person apartment) are OK. Bedroom with mini kitchen and a small but nice bathroom/toilet.The mini kitchen offers a refrigerator, a microwave and a hotplate. Quite practical for the traveling service technician. Because you can only allow yourself to go out to eat once a day from the trigger, but in order to have enough money you have to forego the other two meals.An absolute recommendation for people with a finite budget.Although I leave the radiators on at 5 during the day, it's just comfortable in the apartment in the evening. When the night setback starts at 10 p.m., the place cools down quickly. If you're not a cold sleeper, you should have a small electric blanket with you, then everything's OK.Conclusion: Always happy.

I got a worse room than booked, with a slanted, broken toilet seat and a smell of drains in the bathroom. There was no TV. A spacious deluxe room was booked.The pillows are bad! I recommend bringing your own.Reception closes at 6 p.m. I arrived after 6pm and took half an hour to check in. I had to make two phone calls and the safe where my key was left didn't work.Reception staff unfriendly.Overall a bad impression and no recommendation. There are many hotels in the same price range nearby!

Rooms ok, unfortunately probably due to monument protection without aircon. Be sure to rent a parking space, parking on the street is only possible for a maximum of 2 hours for €6. Not far from the old town and castle.

Very close to my work and supermarkets. I was there twice in completely different rooms, unfortunately they are not furnished the same, at least when it comes to kitchen utensils. The kitchen is also designed for small people as it is very easy to hit your head when washing up.

The service is terrible! We arrived at 4pm and the reception is closed, we need to communicate trough the call just like playing the game..which annoying and tiring. Rooms are big enough and clean! The old town is within walking distance! However, the parking situation is very poor. With 80 rooms there are only 20 parking spaces which must be booked in advance for a fee.
