Check in is a disaster!70 minutes after arriving in the middle of the night I was finally in the room.If you arrive at 12:50 a.m. there is no option to check in at the machine.Neither name nor reservation could be found...Unfortunately, after a 12-minute phone call to the emergency hotline and numerous attempts, there was still no success.The lady offered me that I could look for a room in another hotel (at 1:00 a.m.!!)... without saying anythingThe only solution: they wanted to send the security guard who could let me into my room in 10-15.It was not possible to have a room card issued to me remotely at the check-in machine.However, I would not be able to leave my room again.Access to the underground car park is also not possible.These are exactly the activities you need as a business traveler after a long day and actually have to get out early the next morning!

My stay at the Boardinhouse was simply top class.If there were problems, they were resolved immediately and solutions were offered.I would have preferred to stay longer.But my next booking is already being planned.The room was super clean and large. We had a wonderful time at Hotel HARBR. Boardinghouse Ludwigsburg! The rooms offer an incredible amount of space and are equipped with everything you need. Everything was super clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the communal balcony - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Can only warmly recommend the hotel!

Well-equipped apartment in a direct city location and with a good price-performance ratio.We found enough space here and everything we needed for our stay was within walking distance. Thanks to the good public transport connections, we were able to spend time in the vineyards even without a car.In the dive bar, the communal kitchen on the 4th floor, there was also a well-equipped kitchen for general use as well as a food vending machine that kept everything you needed at short notice with cold drinks or a supply of coffee capsules for the coffee machine in your own apartment.We were very excited and will definitely come back.

I had the pleasure of staying at the HARBR Boardinghouse in Ludwigsburg and loved the accommodation. I was particularly impressed by the well-equipped and very well-maintained communal kitchen, which enabled me to prepare my own meals and chat to other guests.The large terrace was also a highlight where I could relax and enjoy the sun. I would also like to mention that HARBR Boardinghouse allows you to bring pets, which was a big plus for me as a dog owner.The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dragana at the reception. She was always there to answer my questions and give me advice and support. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her and the entire team for the excellent service.All in all, I can highly recommend the HARBR Boardinghouse in Ludwigsburg. If you are looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation that offers a friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and the option to bring your pet, you have come to the right place. Except the proximity (i.e. a few minutes walk) from the S-Bahn station, I think I don't see any benefit of lodging here.First of all, they have a weird self-check-in system where you first have to pass the front door, which can be done using a code. Unfortunately, they emailed me the code for that during the first booked day; being on a business trip I was actually travelling to get there during that time, so I didn't see the email. Hence. I arrived at the building at night and was basically stuck in front of it, as there is no Reception outside 8:00 - 16:30 schedule, having to call a customer service desk which didn't even pick up the call the first time.Secondly, there are no breakfast, no slippers (i.e. Wat am I supposed to do? Wear my shoes inside?) and the bathroom amenities were the minimum (i.e. an all-in-one shower gel-soap-shampoo). Guess if you have long hair you should bring your own conditioner.My feeling is that the conditions can't get any cheaper than that. I highly recommend avoiding it if you travel lightly (e.g. you don't have your own toiletries).

Very nice modern hotel that is very centrally located. Nice rooms and good varied breakfast. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. 2 downsides during my stay: no parking space in the adjacent parking garage, had to use the parking garage at the train station. Great cocktails were mixed at the bar in the evening but unfortunately there is no piña colada there. I would have wanted this for my birthday.

We have a great experience.Spacious rooms, comfortable garage, central location.It has everything you may need both in the room and the common spaces. Everything is well thought and organized.Very neat, not only rooms but also the whole building gives you the sense of cleanliness.Great staff ! Always accessible, helpful and positive.

Unreservedly recommended!Great rooms, super clean. Nice maritime concept!Breakfast for 7.50 euros was great! Everything your heart desires, attentive, friendly staff. At 10:50 a.m. extra bacon was made for the people at the next table (breakfast until 11 a.m.).All in all, a ray of hope in the “service desert of Germany”.There are parking spaces in the nearby parking garages.
