I am very disappointed.. I ordered via the Oyo application.. When I arrived at the location they said they were no longer renting out rooms.. Until now there has been no clarity from Oyo

We checked in on the morning of March 2 2024 via the OYO application. After driving around for about 1 hour looking for the location of the guest house, at around 21 o'clock we arrived at the hotel. And, the guest house casually stated that the rooms were full, and were no longer collaborating with OYO. (He said) several people had experienced the same thing since noon. How is this possible, when the guesthouse application is still there? Because we were playing hands-off and there was no solution, we left.Strangely, not even 30 minutes later, the guest house had no color at OYO, with the words '......unavailable'.

The family type rooms are very spacious. Prices are also cheap. But honestly the cleanliness is very poor. The sheets and blankets were really dirty. It's like it's never been changed. The floor is also dirty. The toilet is also uncomfortable. Hopefully this will be input for acidalia. Thank You

The service was really bad, when the staff arrived, there weren't any employees, the room was dirty, the sheets made itchy like they had never been washed, the pillows smelled, the blankets were dirty, really help me wash the sheets, and replace the pillows and they were already yellow🥲

I was cheated here, I booked and paid via OYO, when I arrived at the location it turned out the room had been sold... for the reason that the system was not recorded by OYO... I was promised a refund but asked to cancel it first. It turns out there hasn't been a refund yet. I don't understand the guesthouse/officers who cheated... this guesthouse is not clear... from Oyo you can't get a refund because it was canceled on the same day. it's even more unclear... I'm disappointed.

I ordered a room via OYO, but when I arrived at the hotel they said the room had been booked offline by another party, the officer even blamed OYO, in the end I was forced to take a more expensive room, the toilet was dirty, there was no toilet equipment, the mirror was broken, The warm water hose came off, the sheets and blankets were dirty as if they hadn't been changed for a long time, lots of white crusts, towels had to be asked for
