We stayed in the loft of which I believe there is only one. It was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent, particularly Pedro in the restaurant who helped us with advice and suggestions.My only issue was that there was rarely anyone at the front desk so if you needed something you had to track someone down.

We had a room on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator to the 2nd floor. You must then go up a staircase of around fifteen steps to access the room.We had an attic room and was not very convenient when traveling to the bedroom and also the bathroom. The walls are sloping and for tall people it is easy to hit their heads against the walls.Furthermore, the cleaning on the floor is quite questionable... and the shower tray is far from impeccable.Cleaning is done in this room around 3 p.m. as these are the last rooms to be cleaned.

As the final stop on our 'road trip', coming from Konstanz, I looked in advance for a hotel in beautiful Heidelberg, which is close to the city center, but should be of good quality and offer space for the car.This is exactly what happened during our visit to the pretty Arthotel Heidelberg. We were thrilled to find such a harmonious interior design behind the beautiful historic facade of an old building. The architect has implemented the combination of old building features worth preserving and the well-selected materials for a very modern interior in an exemplary manner.We also really liked the light and airy design with lots of light, the beautiful courtyard for eating or breakfast and the green roof terrace opposite our room.We would visit the Arthotel again at any time and can recommend it without reservation. All the staff, including reception and breakfast, were extremely friendly.

Hotel in a good location. Our room was modern, very clean, had a balcony facing the inner courtyard and was very quiet. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and the service was super nice.You can end the day on the roof terrace.The hotel has an underground car park, which is also a big plus.
