Great guesthouse, simple, but good beds, wonderful shower and breakfast, clean, quiet, friendly owner, in short, everything you need as a cyclist! So don't worry about some of the negative reviews that can also be read about this place! Another tenant occupied this spot for a short time, but the original owner is back and is doing his best!

Great for cyclists.Simple rooms with exactly the amenities that cyclists need.Garage for bikes with sockets for e-bikers is available.Small menu and good portions.Nice plentiful breakfast served at the table.The hotel is also recommended for fitters who want to enjoy a beer on the quiet terrace after work.

Many negative reviews initially made us doubt whether this accommodation was the right one for us. As it turns out, these result from an interim lease.We (5 men between 45 and 50) were cycling on the Römer Lippe Route. When we arrived we were able to order chilled drinks on the terrace and then store the bikes in a lockable shed. The rooms were neat and very clean. Bathroom, balcony, TV and WiFi available. Dinner was offered individually. The portions were extremely generous, tasty and reasonably priced. The address (main street) gave rise to fears of noise, which were not confirmed. Breakfast the next morning was good. Personal wishes were taken into account and you could also reorder something. We had our own room for meals.An all-round successful stay, just as you need it after a long bike ride.

New owner, much has been renovated. We were there with a larger group of bicycles, a large garage is available for storage. We had a separate dining room and were very well looked after. The only disadvantage is the location right on the spot, with the windows closed the noise is almost impossible.

Maybe I will start that this is not a hotel, guesthouse would be the correct name. Room was cold, no kettle in the room, you need to go to ground floor in very cold hall to get to kettle but there was no tea or coffee available. We booked that 'hotel' to rest during long journey but the street was so noisy that we barely slept. There is no reception in that place as well.The only positive feedback is that the owner is a nice man.

The Lippbogerhof has a very bad reputation. The tenant should rather go to his hometown. He has messed up with the whole of Lippborg. The tenant insults the tenant, threatens and beats people and the area around the Lippbogerhof looks like a mess. Weeds meters high and very dirty and a few weeks ago the tenant also disturbed the peace at night - it's better that the tenant did. Leaving the Lippborg farm and also moving out of Lippborg

4 double rooms were booked. No key was available for a room and therefore could not be locked. The restaurant is closed and the breakfast booked was not provided. Emergency exits and showers were broken and the cleanliness had to be rated as a minus 10. I could list 100 more criteria, but these lines should scare you off. Please do not book.

Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!Restaurant not available. Breakfast was booked but not offered. TV didn't work. Noisy street in front of the house. And in addition, the loud techno music from the hotel operators in the "guest room" means no consideration for a night's sleep.
