Sorry but this time I am really disappointed with this hotel, especially regarding cleanliness. I stayed here because I was tired from traveling long distances from outside the city and it was late at night, whereas many of the hotels closest to the main road were fully booked.When I first came to the room, I was immediately sprayed with b*ygon even though I had a 1 year old child with me and the condition just wanted to rest immediately. After entering the room, the mattress, pillowcases, blankets were all dirty. The bathroom seems to need more attention from the manager. The roof looks full of leaks, there are cigarette butts, patches on the walls and the water when you first open the tap is brown.Honestly, I gave 1 star because the innkeeper was quite friendly, and helped me to heat the food.

The worst hotel I've ever visited. More precisely inn. The AC is not cold, smells musty, damp.Noisy, rowdy from the inn guard. Many mosquitoes.Suggestion: just close the Sartika house.A place that is detrimental to consumers. Don't even want it to be free!!!!Hotel/lodging organizations should take responsibility!!!

Cheap strategic prices with mini market, very friendly waiters, cool classic style, the place is worted, in my opinion, with this price in Defia, it's sweet tea coffee that we can take at any time 😍More and more progress for Graha Sartika, it will be further improved, thank you to all the employees and The manager is staying here

The worst hotel I have ever been to!!!The room is big but very dirtyThe blankets and pillow cases smell musty and they haven't been replacedLots of cockroachesThere is still rubbish in the trash canThe waiter at the front was very rude, wearing braces and glassesNot recommended!!Regret staying at this hotel!!

Not very close to the city center. Near Buahbatu and Martanegara streets as well as Pejuang Student Street. Lots of vehicle traffic in front. Not near a train station or bus terminal.
