It was absolute horror!!! Check out was at 12 p.m. and the cleaning lady burst into the room at 12:06 while we were lying there naked in bed and said she wouldn't go out unless we left the room (WE WERE NAKED!!!). I asked her to go out, she came into the room and said she was already off work and so we should get out. When my husband asked her out, she came back into the room two minutes later and watched us get dressed. We should have reported them for that! This is harassment. I've never experienced anything like that in my life!!! Save yourself the money for better hotels, the price is the same!

I used the hotel as an overnight accommodation after a wedding. The deciding factor for the hotel was the very reasonable price.Check-in was quick and problem-free. The question about a parking space was answered with "unfortunately full, there is a parking garage opposite that is not much more expensive than our parking space". So I moved the car. There are only short-term parking spaces at the hotel itself for up to 60 minutes.The B&B room is typically quite simple and spartan. But it was clean and the bed was okay too. The room faced the main road.Unfortunately it was very loud at night, with car posers racing along the ring all night long. Without Oropax I wouldn't have gotten a minute of sleep.The next morning we went to the parking garage opposite and the parking ticket machine there wanted a flat 32 euro parking fee. So the price advantage compared to other hotels (which are significantly better) was gone.Next time I'll avoid the B&B and look for another hotel.

Good service at a fair price! Not a luxury hotel - but you have everything you need. Very nice reception. Breakfast is okay for the price. Everything can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Good clean hotel room. Breakfast was ok too. Good accessibility, unfortunately fewer dedicated parking spaces, but there are parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

Overall our stay was good, except for the pillow which was a foam block and the very soft mattress.Before checking in we were given a parking space in the backyard, which was even covered. Top! The next day, after our day trip, it was suddenly full and there was no alternative for us.

Cleanliness: I was on site from Sunday to Thursday and only after asking for cleaning was the room vacuumed and the towels changed on Wednesday.Parking: 12 euros per night paid upon arrival. No. 1 was assigned and all parking spaces were full on Monday. I was graciously allowed to park in the gravel patch. The lady in charge of the house was also unfriendly and demanding. The gentleman at the reception was friendly.The coffee machine didn't accept banknotes even though it was supposed to. The cream soup was not available the whole time. If you pressed it, either the black tea on top or the beef broth underneath came out for 1.30 euros. The cups were significantly smaller than you would expect from other machines.Broken air conditioning.The City. tax is unknown for a person who doesn't come from Dortmund. This should have been listed at Check24. I have paid for everything, I arrive and am asked to pay again. This wouldn't be a problem if it had been kept transparent.Loud slamming of doors whether day or night.The online photos suggest a lot more space in the entire hotel. In reality, everything is squeezed together. That doesn't even mean the room. Please note reception, seating lounge and reception.When I checked in, I read in the login device that I should leave my details for the city as a visitor. Asked for the form on four days and never received one. In the end they said it wasn't necessary.PS I'm used to being able to see tourist attractions in the hotel. Nothing there.Next time I'd rather spend 20 to 30 euros per person per night and book somewhere else. I was once in a B&B hotel in Hanover. This hotel could be an apprentice there.

Hello,This isn't the only time we've stayed in a B&B hotel, we travel a lot with hotel stays to attend our festivals.We, 1 couple, had 1 double bed room, were happy so far, except that you were woken up quite early by very loud banging, either from the intermediate doors to the stairwell slamming, or the cleaning guards rearranging the entire room ^^ were 2 next there, noticed negatively both days.What is still negative, unfortunately the hotel is right on a very busy street, from midday until night, the street is constantly used by proles who drive through it in their expensive cars and beg each other, i.e. when the window is open is, very disturbing.There were 3 of us, my colleague had booked his own room, we booked very early and he wrote that he would like a room on our floor because it worked on the first visit, unfortunately we were on floor 5 and he 3, but that wasn't so bad, rather that he booked 1 double room bed and then got 1 room with 1 bunk bed in it, the curtain was broken there and there was something on the TV too, if I were him I would no longer visit the hotel because he asked and then only received a stroppy answer, can't do anything, it's fully booked, we booked in April and since we were there twice, we're treated like that :/ but the two of them still want to go back in May Visit the hotel because it is close to the city, less than 10 minutes on foot and the train station is also quite close.

The air conditioning is set centrally, but it can neither be switched off nor adjusted and there is a constant air noise. It's really annoying! No kettle and no coffee machine. Socket on the bed only from one side? Quality of toilet paper is subpar! The doors slam so you are disturbed too! There is no way to connect the TV to your cell phone! Location quite good, but unfortunately problem with car parking! Easy and quick check-in/check-out!
