For us (and probably for others too) a nice, quite stylish (the plastic flowers are part of the style again) and reasonably cheap alternative to one of the many spa hotels. Good breakfast, vending machine stocked with local beer and tea kitchen. Right on the street and directly at the Saalepark.

The villa is a beautifully renovated and very tastefully decorated house. Here the Art Nouveau charm meets modern, calm furnishings. You will be welcomed by the friendly guesthouse owner, who will provide you with very useful information.The very good mattresses ensure a restful sleep.Everything is sparkling clean and smells good :-) -Advantage of a non-smoking house!In the morning, a lovingly prepared breakfast is offered that is of the best quality (from local businesses).It is also possible to reserve a parking space in advance.The guesthouse is absolutely recommended - very good price-performance ratio!!

Dr. Yuval and Debora Lapide were guests for the first time in the excellent "Luxury Pension Villa Nordland" of the extremely friendly owner Strauch, to their complete satisfaction in the charming state spa Bad Kissingen. It is not only the material well-being that characterizes the stay with host Strauch, but also and above all the spiritual well-being - owner Strauch is patient!!! communicative!! and very attentive!!! - a real delight for guests seeking peace and quiet - a big heartfelt recommendation to all future potential guests frequent!!!

The villa and the location spoke to us on a previous visit. We have now booked a room in the guesthouse for our summer vacation. We were all very satisfied. We were particularly impressed by the familiar and very friendly service. Villa Nordland is a family business through and through and in an extremely positive sense.The location directly at the rose garden is ideal for visiting the city and there are very cheap parking spaces nearby for a longer stay.The rooms have very good windows, so the noise from the adjacent connecting road remains pleasantly low. In addition, the remaining rooms are currently being equipped with air conditioning.We would like to thank you very much for the lovely stay and look forward to coming back!

Hello,We booked two rooms for two nights with breakfast.When we arrived we were greeted normally.In the end we found out that there was no breakfast...We had to shorten our stay and as a thank you the boss charged us for the two nights.This is unacceptable!

Can only be recommended. Breakfast is great. The room was nice and had everything you needed, and everything was clean. Toilet was nice and super hygienic. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice and tasty 😋.As I said, I can only recommend it.

A tastefully furnished villa, clean rooms, friendly service (especially the attention at the breakfast buffet was very accommodating) and an ideal location (the historic city center is just a stone's throw away). We felt very comfortable!

Well, there's still a lot of room for improvement. No soap in the bathroom, heated mirror - but how does it work? Hardly any shelves, no real bedside cabinet, only parking forwards (why)? Tourist tax for sleeping once and then driving on? Scaffolding in front of the windows without any prior information, super loud fan from the mini bathroom.And the room wasn't really clean either; plenty of sockets should always be included in renovations.Breakfast ok but otherwise: With the prices - no. !!!😖

We stayed in this guesthouse for 2 nights at the beginning of September 2021 and felt very comfortable. The room and bathroom were ok, the breakfast was plentiful and good and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.Bad Kissingen is a beautiful spa town and Villa Nordland with its central location is ideal accommodation.

A very nice old building. It is very well maintained and the owner is a friendly, personable person. My wife and I used it for a total of 2 nights and were very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was well designed and had something for everyone (even salmon 😀) if we are in the area again we will definitely use it again. We would like to thank the whole Villa Nordland for the wonderful time and hospitality. Kind regards Katharina and Florian 😀
