THE SERVICE AND ROOMS ARE VERY BAD!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS INN! because I chose this accommodation and was fooled by the reviews which said it was comfortable. I don't expect a nice room but at least it's clean and comfortable. my dead wifi is still okay, the walls are cracked and peeling, it's still okay, but this room hasn't been cleaned, there's still a lot of rubbish, it smells of cigarettes, it hasn't been swept, the dust on the windows is really thick, the curtains are torn, the worst thing is the bathroom smells so bad that I don't want to use it. the bathroom. I complained to the receptionist and the gentlemen who took me to the room instead insisted and told me to just complain to the website or application, I wanted a solution, it's useless to complain if there's no effort to clean the room again, spray the bathroom with perfume, scrub the room floor for a while. take a shower, no action! TERRIBLE, REALLY POOR SERVICE👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I'll point out the service guys, when there are customers who complain they insist on returning, instead challenging for a refund, instead of providing a solution. basic apologies for any inconvenience! I emphasize that other visitors DO NOT INCLUDE THE GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS INN!!
