I had a burger. Dry discount bun and ready-made patty which was extremely tough and well cooked. It's an absolute disgrace to offer something like that in a restaurant. The rest of the dishes were also ready-made products. Not recommended at all!

Good room. Quiet. The restaurant gives a warm impression and has an impressively large menu. The dishes we ate were really good, the meat very tender. Positive staff. Very dog friendly. Our little pug got his own breakfast of cheese and ham. She really recommends this hotel.

More by chance, I was looking for accommodation in Bergen and the surrounding area due to a two-day training event. I immediately noticed Desperados because of the combination of hotel and steakhouse.Contact by telephone was prompt and not only expedient but also friendly.Despite the later arrival time after 10 p.m., it was possible to move into the room without any problems and also receive a small and tasty meal.The T-bone steak on Saturday evening was, as ordered, buttery soft and prepared deliciously.The hotel room was clean, very quiet and offered all the normal hotel comforts. Every morning there was a delicious and very rich breakfast, which was served personally by the owner.Overall, a wonderful facility that I can recommend without reservation!

We were warmly welcomed and shown straight to our table. There were three of us, 14 month old Kk and two adults. Rarely have I visited such a beautiful restaurant and I can only rave about the staff 🤩The food was very tasty and for what you get it is also good value for money. Gladly again 👍👍

A very nice hotel with restaurant in a quiet location despite the city center. There is a parking space directly in front of the building.We had a nice, clean double room, modernly furnished... and everything you needed was there. Free WiFi included!The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was still very rich and completely sufficient for us. We were always asked if we had any further wishes.The staff was very attentive and friendly.Unfortunately we weren't able to test the restaurant.All in all, I would give the Desperados a "very good" rating in its category due to the currently really good price/performance ratio.We can recommend it and would book it again!! 👍🏻🙂

A nice, quiet hotel. Breakfast was very plentiful and the staff was super friendly. You can have a nice meal in the evening in the attached restaurant, as the menu offers something for everyone.

Nice little hotel with a great restaurant and super nice and warm owners. The only thing that didn't reach the back room was the WiFi, but I'm not going to get hung up on that now.Rooms were clean and nice and bright.Gladly again :)

The food was good and filling, but quite expensive. Unfortunately the service was very slow. There was no question as to whether everything was OK or whether we needed anything else, even when the drinks were long gone. It took 40 minutes from arrival to serving of the starters. Main course then another 20. And the restaurant was far from full. We waited another good quarter of an hour until we could pay. If you come here, you should take your time because sometimes you have to wait a really long time.

Hotel cannot be rated.Restaurant: underground.The cocktail at happy hour was more of a fruit juice. If there was any alcohol in it at all, it was so little that you couldn't tell.The way the food was presented is just creepy. The taste is pretty ok. Unfortunately it tastes like convenience products.The restaurant was virtually empty, but the three service employees were completely overwhelmed.Our food was forgotten. We asked again what we had ordered. No apology, no explanation, no little thing to bridge the further waiting time, no offer from service, a free drink etc. as compensation.We haven't eaten it so bad in ages.We won't be coming back.
