I am very satisfied with the service, communication and the room. If I will be in Berlin again I will go back to this place. 😀

We were there for the second time because it was really great on the first visit, the rooms were great and there was nothing wrong with it.Unfortunately, the second visit was an absolute failure, from our 5 day stay and noticed something new every day, which I don't think is possible in this price range. It's a shame because I really love the location there. On Monday we briefly mentioned below that some points weren't so great, then we responded with a dry, simple sorry, would you like room service!!To name just a few points, among others. a used towel behind the bathroom door, broken shower rod, dirty, smelly sofa bed, used tissue in the closet, garbage on the same, dirty (really dirty) corner on the wall, dirty mirror and window, etc.If there is a need to satisfy the customer retroactively, please feel free to contact us.Unfortunately, it's a real shame!!

The room has everything you need, but it wasn't completely clean. Mold in the shower, bathroom and kitchen not perfectly clean.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks on business. After I was initially assigned a rather spartan room (cheap wardrobe, portable hotplate, no extractor hood), I was given a better-equipped apartment without any problems. This was furnished in a “basic-modern” way. Everything we needed was there, but NO AIR CONDITIONING. When it's over 30 degrees outside, the apartment heats up a lot. There is a fan and electric sunshades on the window, but if anything that makes it a little more bearable. The apartment faced the inner courtyard - so there was no noise from the main street. The bathroom is modern, but there was some wear and tear and black mold spots in the shower (see pictures). There was everything in the kitchen for two people. The WiFi worked without any problems and streaming was possible in good quality. This accommodation in Kreuzberg is well connected (5 minutes walk to the Hallesches Tor subway). The environment is typical of Kreuzberg. I definitely like it.All in all, I can (limitedly) recommend these apartments. Definitely for a short trip, but for a longer stay there are better accommodations, although they are often more expensive. Considering that I was there during the IFA trade fair, the prices were okay.

I came back here after a full day out to find my door was left open by housekeeping. No clue for how long & the front desk couldn’t do or say anything about it. That’s concern #1 but also it’s bad lighting in the studios, all walls are covered in black scuff marks. The one small fan they give you is barely enough in the summers & if you leave your window open at night, you’ll smell the smokers outside. For the price I wish I had stayed at a hotel. The whole place feels dirty despite the daily room cleaning service. The only nice thing about this place is central location.

We stayed for a weekend in Berlin. The property is located about 30 minutes walk from the main attractions, there is a metro 200 meters away.Quite a noisy area as it overlooks a main road where cars, ambulances and other security agencies whiz by at high speed. The room has a full kitchen, decent bathroom but an unpleasant smell came out of the toilet or shower. Comfortable beds and pillows.Another negative point is the fridge motor which disconnects and connects with an annoying noise. All this in a standard room for two.All in all it was a good stay

I want to give 2.5 stars as 2 will be a little harsh. Basic utility issue and poor management are the main reasons. Apartment is new but not suitable for 4 people as advertised. The sofa bed was poor quality with a dent in the middle. Stayed for 4 nights and had water not flowing for 20-30 minutes on 3 mornings. Poor management and maintenance as they did not resolve the issue even though they said it should be resolved. On one occasion i was stranded in shower with soap on me for 15 mins. Horrible. Room service guys smell really bad and had to air the room after they left. Kitchen does not have amenities like a small pot to cook or even cutlery for 4 people. In short pretty bare bones apartment but can be better if it improves on providing basic utility properly.
