Cleaning service was not responsive... There was food waste in the hallway in front of the room... it wasn't cleaned. Regarding cleanliness in the room, it is relatively clean and comfortable.

Pros:- The staff is very friendly and helpful, when you request a request, it's quickly sought out- The hotel is very strategic, the benchmark is close to Unpar, which means it is close to places to eat- the floor of the room is quite clean- the room is very spacious- hot water works well- very spacious parking lot- towels available- there is a TV- the cat is cute.Cons:- the telephone doesn't work, so every time you want to request you have to go out or call via cellphone- WiFi is not available or maybe not provided. Not suitable for those of you who need to stay overnight while working online.- The most basic facilities, namely toothbrush equipment and hotel slippers, are not available. there is only soap and shampoo sachets. Very surprising for a 3 star hotel and the RedDoorz partners that I have tried are always complete and okay- The bed sheets felt a little sticky and smelly, so sleeping wasn't comfortable. The blanket is actually okay, just for the Bandung weather, it's thin, it's still cold- When ordering online the request was written down, but when at the reception I was asked again. either the instructions in the application were not researched, or my instructions did not reach the hotel.- Hot water (for drinking) or facilities for cooking with hot water are not available. even though with Bandung's cold climate, this facility is quite important- The toilet room is quite dim because there is a light that doesn't work, so it's very scary at night- the room key gets a bit stuck, so you have to break it a bit every time you lock it from the inside/outside- there is a refrigerator giving a luxurious impression. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn't cold enough, so I was disappointed to come home with fresh food but the refrigerator was like that. Luckily the staff was quick to find a solution.My suggestions:- to prospective customers: if you are just stopping to sleep, this hotel is highly recommended and worth the price. However, if you are making a staycation that involves spending most of your time at the hotel, it is better to think about other options.- to the hotel owner: u have staffs who are polite and know how to handle customers, however seems like problems at facilities are not your concern. please improve your facilities. thanks.

Recommended ⭐⭐⭐ because the location is easy to find, the place is comfortable, clean down to the carpet, friendly and responsive service. If you have small children, you will definitely feel at home because there is a swimming pool too. Unfortunately there are no breakfast facilities. So far, good. Keep it up 👍

The location is slightly off the side of the road. The hotel is simple but nice, neat, clean. Just when I was staying I didn't have a toothbrush and toothpaste because they were out of stock. But what is most impressive here is the 7 star service, the staff are really friendly and quick to help. Even after I checked out I was helped to fill up the car's tires because the tires were leaking. Salute. Always healthy everyone.

Book 2 family suites on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately in 1 room the AC was damaged, only the air blower, so it felt really hot... The hotel's policy is to replace the fan... Next, pay attention to customer satisfaction service...
