My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel a year ago and we had a nice room with an elevator in the hotel. Unfortunately the reception was not staffed. We arrived last year and got a pin there via email and then we came In the main door and into the room unfortunately there was no breakfast included but you only need a few minutes and you are in the city center of Hanover and it wasn't too expensive and there are many restaurants nearby I would give it a thumbs up I'm happy, I hope the review helped you.

There was such a bad smell in our room that we could only sleep with the window open. There was no other family room. After the overnight stay there was very poor communication with the hotel management. The only offer for this smell that lasted for days was a free night!
