The hotel is actually quite good, it's just a shame that the cleanliness is lacking, if the management were just improved, maybe the rating would be better. It's a shame there isn't a hot water kettle here to boil water. But so far it's good to stop by for a while. The service was quite good, when I entered my room the sheets weren't clean in my opinion, but when I asked for a change they immediately served it, there weren't any trash cans when we asked for them to immediately provide them.

the air conditioner has an error, it's not cold at all, the sink doesn't work, the water doesn't come out. Where is the mattress, where is the air conditioner facing... wow, it's really funny... then the receptionist's brother is rude and bitchy, but it's annoying, I don't feel good when the receptionist arrives... when it arrives Kamarr haha I expected thatknow enough-.

What's wrong with giving a 5 star rating? I'm really surprised, can you help? At that time there were lots of bed bugs in room E2.05, so are they still being sold? The bed sheets had lots of blood stains, the bathroom was smelly and dirty, there was no TV and AC (in the application I ordered TV and AC), the water smelled like sewage where other items came out, this is the management or owner, please correct it again, it's really bad, I swear. When checking in it takes a long time, there are hotels where you have to wait a long time to check in and you just have to queue for basic necessities... BTW, if you come here with your family, don't recommend it!!!

This hotel is not suitable for married couples, the wifi won't connect, the bathroom is dirty, the water is small, people's used soap isn't thrown away, it seems like the bathroom isn't cleaned, if a brush was provided, I would dirty the bathroom myself, what would the house keeper do? Just change the sheets. Even though the rental price is cheap, at least people throw away their used soap. thx

Super bad. The bathroom is very dirty. All the stains are stained, like they have never been cleaned. The pillow has hair on it. The sheets are dirty because the color is no longer white!!! Didn't get soap/drinking water.Order non-smoking and get a room that really smells of cigarettes!

Very dirty, the sheets had lots of spots and hair. The bathroom is dirty, full of yellow stains, the sink leaks and smells. The swimming pool has lots of foam and moss. Only lasted 1 hour in the room, after that I immediately checked out because I couldn't stand it

The rooms so far are pretty good in terms of mattress, bathroom, AC and so on. Friendly service and also satset from check-in. Strategic location, exiting the Pasteur toll road directly to the hotel location. Facilities are decent although some cannot be used properly. Overall it's good according to the cheap price hehe

If it's just a transit accommodation, this accommodation can still be recommended, but if it's for an overnight stay, especially for a holiday in Bandung, duh, this isn't worthy of being a hotel, this is more worthy of being called a boarding house, the receptionist is slow, the cleaning service doesn't have etiquette in the morning trying to enter the room luckily it's locked again.Please avoid this inn

I've stayed at this hotel twice and it's crazy that the service and room facilities seem to be cheap for 100K, where is there a gym and swimming pool too, and the security is very friendly, the security is also guaranteed, basically this is the hotel It's really good to keep the room clean so I can check in here every Sunday🫶

I came at 12 at night, wanted to rest in a DIRTY room, the dirtiest ever, asked to be cleaned but couldn't, usually in the morning, the reason was no one could do it, it's a dog, what a stupid operator, sleep late, clean it in the morning, don't do this if you can't take care of it

Even though the price is cheap, we still pay it, right? When I got to the room, I saw the toilet, there were traces of vomit in the sink, the toilet was really dirty, help me😭 and the sheets had stains, I don't know what they were. In the end I didn't go to sleep there🙏 there are lots of hotels that are cheap but still clean
