A great hotel if you want to be right in the city.The service was also great.The room clean and nice.Breakfast was very tasty and had everything you could wish for. However, I didn't like the bathroom. It was handicapped accessible, which I didn't need, and when I showered everything was wet.Only 100 meters to the main train station and maybe 400 meters to shopping. So great location.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are a bit small. I was only there one night, so it didn't bother me, it would be more difficult with two people. The furnishings meet the usual standards, nothing special. There are clear signs of wear here and there, like a chipped sink.The service at check-in was subpar. Not only was I asked from the office what I wanted, I also received no other information, for example that breakfast takes place on the first floor.

I called the hotel to cancel my reservation about only an hour after booking, but I was informed that it was too late and I would be charged for the room.Due to an unexpected accident on the train tracks while traveling with Deutsche Bahn, my journey was disrupted, and we were sent back to Berlin. It was a very hard and long day and I had hoped for a bit of understanding.I explained the unusual circumstances, which were completely out of my control, and requested an exception. However, despite my efforts and communication, my request was ignored, and I was still charged for a room I couldnât use.While I understand policies are in place, I believe a bit of understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way, especially given the situation. I hope the hotel considers being more accommodating in such cases in the future. I would be happy to receive a refund. Feel free to reach out.

I was in Hanover for a concert and booked this hotel in advance, which is really modern and really nice. Unfortunately the drain smelled when we came into the room, but luckily we were able to fix this by airing it out. I would have liked a balcony but otherwise it is really a hotel that I can absolutely recommend.

Breakfast only until 10Pillow badIn room 611 the shower doesn't drain properly and floodsNo reception in the stairwell - if you forget your room card with your roommate, you can't get to the door because you can't get to the floor.The frosted glass in the shower may look good, but when you go to the toilet at night the whole room is bright again.The location at the train station is good for getting to the train quickly, but the disadvantage is that there are a lot of homeless people in front of the hotel and a certain amount of noise when you have the window open.Food was good and staff friendly

The rooms are good and air conditioned. The desks in the business room are a little too small. Working is hardly possible. A shower without any partition may be modern, but if you then need flip flops, the point is questionable.2 elevators are definitely not enough for the size of the hotel. 8 stops - 6 of which were pointless because the elevator was full - to get to breakfast.

Rooms are great, but what is not possible is to charge a bed tax, which is not included in the final price and is not listed somewhere beforehand. Such a shame. We're definitely not coming back.
