I always feel very comfortable here. Especially because familiar faces and friendly people work here, I would especially like to highlight the nighty and the lady from the breakfast buffet. The hotel is getting old, carpets in the hallways and in the rooms, some of which are dirty. Rooms are very noisy, for example you can hear the elevator but also the neighbors in the room.

If you arrive by car, the hotel is easy to reach. Parking fee €17/24 hours (video monitored). The inside of the hotel is very chic. The staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. We only used bed and breakfast for a private vacation...so no conference, gym or outdoor pool (although it was also closed from October...but we knew beforehand, it was communicated on the hotel website). In the evening the BAR area was well filled (not even used), but it looked very cozy and harmonious. At night: Privilege room with bathrobe, stocked minibar for free, coffee capsules. Room very large. Clean and well maintained. No noise from outside can be heard. Breakfast: included in the price...otherwise 24€/adult. It was so delicious. The quality was excellent. The staff was very friendly and everything was always freshly replenished.

There are many other options for staying overnight in Hanover, but for me it always has to be the Mercure Medical Park.The team is very friendly and accommodating. Available to contact at any time and always interested in implementing requests. Whether it is the package that is later picked up by the courier or the document that is just printed out.We always act in the interests of the guest.And by the way, the rooms are always very tidy and clean… and also very well equipped.The fitness room is also very well equipped and after a few steps you are in the middle of the city forest.It always has to be the Mercure Medical Park.

Pretty sobering from the outside!But beautifully decorated inside! Very attractive reception and nice bar and restaurant/breakfast area.The staff was very friendly.The rooms were clean and well furnished.The breakfast was excellent!Whether you want to make your own waffle or refine your coffee with syrup or have your tea with fresh lemon, lime or ginger, everyone will find something here :)We were only there for one night, but we were really excited and if we come to Hanover again, Mercure will be our first port of call ;)

We were able to spend a night here as part of our JYSK annual celebration. The double room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. But the breakfast absolutely blew us away. We didn't expect such a delicious, diverse breakfast. 5 stars for that alone and also for the ambience and the friendly staff.Thanks for the short but wonderful stay at the hotel and our great employer JYSK ✨

The rooms are nice and clean too. Unfortunately, the large window front is not well insulated and there is a draft. Unfortunately, the heating doesn't work because the staff can't turn it on, but rather it is controlled externally. It's currently very cool in the room at night at 8 degrees and my girlfriend is fed up after our stay. The service in the hotel bar is not good.

Friendly, competent service from all hotel employees that is focused on the well-being of the guests!A rich breakfast buffet prepared with love and even homemade cake - delicious!The break support during the seminar day was great - I would give it a 6th star and say thank you very much.

The lobby and restaurant have been modernized, but the rooms have not. Doors, bathroom and windows are old and you can hear everything from the hallway to the elevator. Air conditioning doesn't work. Carpeting everywhere which apparently isn't cleaned thoroughly. Signs about do not disturb or cleaning rooms are simply ignored. We stayed here for 3 nights. On the first day the room was not cleaned. I didn't say anything. On the second day and even though I hung the sign, the room was not cleaned again. When I asked at reception I was told they were taking care of it and someone was coming now. I was gone for an hour and thought the room would be clean when I got back. It wasn't...I raised it again with reception and they couldn't tell me why it hadn't been done and apparently "cleaning staff are on their way".So much for cleanliness and service. Zero price-performance ratio.I don't recommend it.
