The location is in the Dago Asri housing complex, around which there are also many accommodations and offices in this area of luxury houses, the location is late on the side of Jalan Dago.The view from the outside is like a luxury house, parking is relatively narrow, but the staff will help you with parking arrangements.When checking in there was a problem with the room we ordered, we panicked because we were offered a re-schedule or refund, finally the Executive Room was upgraded to a wooden house, larger in size and located right in front of the swimming pool, in the morning there was the unpleasant smell seems to be coming from the Septi-tank.The swimming pool is great, quite wide and long, there is a small pool for children too. Standard breakfast menu.

Order a family room with garden view, get 1 unit 2 rooms + 2 bathrooms. Room number 211. Very good, all the facilities in the room, clean, neat, smell good and function well. Cold AC, fast WiFi. We stayed 2 nights, the room was cleaned and 4 bottles of drinking water were given back. The breakfast buffet menu is simple, sufficient in my opinion.Suggestion: you need to pay attention to the water pressure in the bathroom (shower and tub/head rinse spray), also the hot water is not stable, it likes to suddenly get cold.As long as the price is still affordable, I will stay here again when I go to Bandung.

The villa is located in a housing complex, the villa is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The check in process is also fast. The villa atmosphere is calm, suitable for a staycation with family. There are lots of stairs in the villa, but there is also a lift. The rooms are spacious and all the facilities in the rooms function well. Only parking space is limited, car keys must be left with the receptionist.

Room, service and location all good.The problem is I could hear the person who stayed above me walking and roaming the room at 23.32 pm.It was annoying because we were trying to have our eyes shut.No reception number placed near the phone in the room, so I couldn’t file the complaint.You really need to place important numbers details near the phone.

Deceived, stayed on July 2 2024, because I had stayed here before. Book directly to the villa for a family room with a double bed. Upon arrival, we were given a single bed executive room, but had to add 1 extra bed for 250 thousand. When I checked the application, the price for an executive room was 427 thousand, even though we paid 700 thousand to order directly. The receptionist was not friendly. Mediocre food. Next, I'll give up staying at Shakti Dago villa with my family.

If you want to vacation with your family and children, this hotel is quite spacious. I stayed 1 night, in my opinion this is better compared to contemporary hotels where the rooms are only 20 m2.

Come here on May 24, 2024.The place is very suitable for a family holiday.The room is very spacious, the extra bed is still very sufficient.But there's no carpet underneath so it's really cold.The AC also makes a lot of noise so just turn it off and don't use the AC. Turned it on when it was full but turned it off again because the AC was noisy. In the morning there were fathers who complained to the mother but she said it had been cleaned up.That means I'm not the only one whose AC is noisy.The large swimming pool is very attractive. There are some that are shallow and make you leak. My one year old son is very happy even though the water is cold...The breakfast menu is simple. There is no chicken porridge for small children. The only protein is chicken like in the photo. Burjo and fruit.There is cereal for children.Parking is narrow but everything is arranged by the staff so it's easy.Overall OK for a holiday...
