The room was bright, clean and nicely decorated, with a great view of the intersection from the 7th floor. (Unfortunately) we were only there for one night. The mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste. But everyone certainly sees it differently. The curtains were super darkened so that you can no longer see the light from the intersection at all.We would definitely come back.

Not entirely clear, since according to Google Maps there are 3 hotels here at this location, but it's only one.This impresses with beautiful and modern rooms. I don't have a refrigerator here, especially in summer.There is a bar right next to reception, which made it very loud when checking in, which took some getting used to. Breakfast had a good selection, but the actually warm dishes such as scrambled eggs and bratwurst were quite cold. But overall recommended.

Short walk from the train station to the hotel. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast was of excellent quality. The breakfast room is very bright. The room is minimalist, has the character of a cafeteria, not unpleasant. The staff friendly. The only drawback was that the small table was not cleared of used plates, even though the friendly lady came by often.We liked it and we will come back.Thank you for the relaxing stay.

I really liked the hotel. The location at the main train station is perfect and I enjoyed looking down at the busy intersection from my fifth floor in the evening through the 2 meter high window and watching people and cars. The room was soundproofed enough that I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside or inside. I will certainly come back.

A hotel that you can't tell from the outside how beautiful it is. This is where the inner values score. Everything is great, the staff is friendly, the food is good, the facilities are more than complete and everything is new. The only thing that bothers me is the railway line and the associated noise. However, since well-functioning air conditioning is installed, the windows can remain closed and the noise level is tolerable. Especially since the beds lull you into a gentle sleep ;-).I can only recommend the hotel if you want to stay in Hanover close to the city center - and at a very good price-performance ratio.

Let's say it's OK. I expected more from Smartcity. The elevator is extremely slow. The beds are fine, the shower is very good. Darkening and soundproofing are rather mediocre.

Rooms, location, etc. Top!A shortcoming that I have been criticizing for 3 years. There are only old TV sets without Smart, Netflix etc. And the water temperature often fluctuates violently when showering and is more like a contrast shower after a sauna session.

Unfortunately the service is subpar.Asked about the wine list, response was if you want to drink wine go somewhere elsethere, we want to sell cocktails.Extremely unfriendly staff at the bar.The response to questions was extremely rude.I strongly recommend that you book another hotel.

No staff on counter when checking in, took about 20 minutes for someone to come down to serve, while the 4 bar staff just stood there. Rooms were freezing cold, dirty bed sheets.Did not clean the room even though as they request I left the sign outside door requesting this.Would avoid at all costs
