We stayed here as a family of 4. Kids age 16 and 12. Brilliant location, 3 minutes from Nurburgring. 5 minutes drive from YouTube corner. Hotel is clean, quite and very welcoming. My kids (and adults) loved the games room with a rig set up with a race round nurburgring! Darts and table football. Rooms are really relaxing and clean, no noise from the road. Small carpark on site. Pub snacks available, we had a pizza which was lovely. Reasonable priced drinks/food. We will most certainly book here again if we get a chance.There is a shop (petrol garage) a short walk away, but I believe it's along the motorway and it's very busy.

Very cozy hotel with everything you need!The operator and staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the location was great when it came to the Nürburgring.We'd love to come back when we're nearby :-)

Great place with super kind staff. Clean and tidy room. Opened up the bar and fired up the simulator just for me and my friend. Will definetly be coming back for my next visit to the ring!

I've been here several times. Rooms are always spotlessly clean and well maintained. Some of the televisions take a bit of getting used to, but they work perfectly. Breakfast is very rich and served at the table and leaves nothing to be desired. Price-performance is more than above average. Restaurant is the same. Portions are gigantic, varieties of homemade dips are included as a starter and always freshly prepared salad for the main course. No matter what main course, everything is freshly prepared, steak to perfection! The waitresses are always friendly, accommodating and ready to joke. Small but nice outdoor terrace.

We would like to tell you about our positive experiences. The hotel was completely booked for the time we were there (6 days). I had asked beforehand whether we could get two single beds, and this wish was immediately fulfilled. We were able to check in a little earlier and were escorted to the room. Already then we noticed how clean it was everywhere. I'm really picky and have a very strong dust allergy, I haven't had a problem the entire time. On Good Friday we had a friend visiting us and asked if he could have breakfast with us. Despite the room being fully booked, we were able to do so without any problems.The service concept is really great here in order to fulfill every customer wish.Every day we were offered a sufficient breakfast, as soon as something was empty something new was prepared straight away.We also tried the snacks in the bar in the evening, and we were really satisfied here too.It was really great to always have someone to contact despite the hotel being fully booked, the family relationship is still very important here.When the weather was bad, we were able to use the whirlpool and the darts game.It was really a great holiday and we will definitely come back (we booked straight away when we left).We do have one small comment on our part, but this is complaining at a very high level. We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room to cool drinks and medication. As I said, complaining at a very high level :)We look forward to the next vacation and see you soon. We spent many weekends there with friends, French staff on site, very clean hotel, well-stocked and quality lunch, nice parking lot with space, box to store all the mess, there is space behind to leave the trailers and when you like the sound of the GT3s in the distance in the morning, the location is fabulous!!!

What a fantastic place! Ive just stayed here for 2 nights for work purposes and the staff are extremely friendly and speak brilliant English (I’m the typical Brit abroad speaking nothing but English). They’re very welcoming, the hotel is clean and tidy, the WiFi is good, the food is good, there’s even charging facilities for an EV which has saved me the hassle of finding a charging station for the hire car. All in all, I can’t fault my stay and I will be back here again for my next work trip!

Everything was really great and very clean. The staff and the hotel manager are always friendly, accommodating and close to the guest. Nothing was left to be desired and we felt completely comfortable. The highlight, however, was the free room upgrade to the suite, which we were very happy about. We have never had a hotter room. A nice hotel, everything new and clean. Parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Rooms and bathroom are very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty.

Lovely place, perfect location, clean rooms, nice food and staff really friendly. We have stayed there number of times and will go again. WiFi could do with upgrade as it was not connecting at all.
