Seeing Neuschwanstein from the bed or the bathtub is priceless. This hotel is wonderful, quiet, comfortable, silent. It is very close to both castles. The hotel workers were especially friendly and decisive. Our room was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Electric car chargers that you can use with a contactless card. Simply sensational

Absolutely recommendable atmosphere with super friendly staff. Our room was remarkably lovingly furnished, absolutely new and the journey was super relaxed thanks to the underground car park in the hotel and the friendly reception. The small wellness area is ideal for relaxing and the location is perfect for a trip to the nearby castles. Guided tours to Neuschwanenstein Castle can be booked directly at the hotel, as well as a table for dinner in a nearby restaurant.

The staff was really friendly and helpful.|Room with a view of the castle, so nice and clean.||Breakfast buffet also a lot of options.||I tried to get tickets for the next day to see the castle but was unable to, the hotel owner made it happen.||Overall a great stay!

Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. Annette and her staff were very accommodating especially with us having a young child. The Hotel is beautifully designed and sits in the valley under the castle.
