Very nice apartment. A bit noisy early in the morning due to traffic. But otherwise quiet. Shopping opportunities just around the corner. Beach 6 min walk. Comfortable.

Spacious rooms. Nicely furnished, everything available except a microwave. .WiFi is weak at times. Bedroom could use a better curtain, otherwise it's very bright early and you're on vacation.

If you just want to sleep somewhere as a couple, then the apartment is well suited. But not necessarily recommended.Couch was completely worn out, bed was hard. The kitchen didn't have a window and that's why it smells in there. Bathroom was ok so far.

Apartment 5 Haus JasmundThe apartment corresponds to the pictures from the provider but still has a few secrets.Not the newest but everything clean and functional.Crockery and cutlery are a hodgepodge of leftovers.The bedroom is not a separate room but is only separated from the living room by a curtain.There is only one window in the apartment, the rest are interior roomsThe location is very central in Binz and various shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity, and it is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.What was negative was the smell in the bathroom from the drains, which couldn't be covered up even with room spray.The yellow bag is in the hallway next to the entrance door for all parties and is only changed when it is full, which unfortunately smells unpleasant when you pass it.

Apartment very bright, beds very hard I had back pain every day. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Very dangerous stairs where you can fall. I fell because I also have very bad eyesight. Good shopping opportunities. Since we were out and about every day, we weren't in the apartment all day. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher or bathtub. I found it sad, especially with the temperatures in October, a bathtub would be highly recommended.
