We really liked the hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, just as we dreamed. It was very quiet and you immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We would like to come back and will also recommend friends to spend some time there.

A detailed review: You can stay inexpensively and comfortably at the Kurhotel Rupertus if you want to vacation in Bad Reichenhall. I had the room in the attic (room 17). The room was very spacious, had a refrigerator, television, telephone, garbage can, radio, comfortable bed, lots of lamps (no main ceiling lamp just individual lamps), a great view, bathroom (with bathtub), a chair and an armchair. The room was very pleasant, but there was a small door that led into an adjoining room at the roof. This door was open and I think for the safety of the guest, you should consider installing a lock. I put my suitcase in front of it. I looked at the hotel's plans and can say with certainty that the door is not connected to another room in the hotel. The fridge doesn't close all the way either so you have to put a small piece of cardboard between the door so you can close it, but that's completely okay in my opinion. I give the room a 9/10. My parents were in a "normal" room (room 4). Their room has a double bed, balcony, television, radio, garbage can, 2 armchairs, a chair, drawer shelf with 3 large drawers and 3 small ones, lots of lamps (again no main ceiling lamp only individual lamps), the fridge doesn't close completely here either, so you have to put a small piece of cardboard between the door so you can close it, great view and bathroom (with shower). Her room was also very good. I also give their room a 9/10. The pool area is large enough with 2 loungers and a large sauna, there are also showers. The hotel has good WiFi with 6 Ubiquiti UniFi U6+ access points, 50mbps download and 30-50mbps upload. At breakfast the hotel owner remembers your preferences. At the time of my visit, the hotel entrance area was decorated for Christmas. Since I saw a leftover decorative egg (Easter decorative egg) in a bush, I assume that every festival is decorated. Healing water available in the entrance area for €2 per bottle of 0.7 liter medium or classic. The pictures I could find were very old so here are a few new ones. All in all very nice people great stay and great service 10/10. Definitely recommended!Kind regards, Ten

Room with balcony, quiet and clean.Very nice hospitality from the owner.Daily fresh eggs for breakfast.Bad Reichenhall Alter Saline was recommended by the landlord and was also well worth seeing.We were very satisfied and will definitely book the hotel again for a short vacation.

We went to the Kurhotel Rupertus for a short vacation and felt very comfortable. A fantastic landscape and very quiet. The breakfast was very good and there was a freshly boiled egg every day (if you wanted)! The landlord was very courteous and considerate. It should also be mentioned that with the guest card you can use the bus or train to Salzburg, Königssee, Berchtesgaden etc. free of charge. Thank you very much and we'll be happy to come back :-)

Family-run hotel/pansion where hospitality is very important. If you like it rustic and simple, you will feel very comfortable here. If you prefer modern rooms, you have to accept compromises. But everything you need is there. There is even a small swimming pool and a sauna. Small minus for the low water pressure in the shower and the creaking bed frame. But the Unterrainer family more than makes up for the points with their warmth and attentiveness.

We felt very comfortable. A family-run hotel. Very clean, good central location but still very quiet.The buffet was enough for us in the morning.The host is very accommodating and friendly. We are happy to recommend.
