I got room 211 on the 2nd floor. The room was quite clean, in my opinion the mattress and sheets were quite clean. The pillow is still quite soft, but I think it could be filled with more foam to make it even softer. The mattress is standard, soft, not hard or not, if you use it for sleeping, it's still comfortable. For amenities, get a toothbrush, toothpaste, plastic for hair (?). Get 2 towels and 1 for the face towel, the towels are quite clean but could be cleaner, the color of the towels has faded a bit to gray but it's still clean and smells good, you get sandals too. The toilet is clean but the floor is a little slippery. For drainage in the shower, it takes a while for the water to recede. cold AC. My first impression of staying here for 2 days and 2 nights was that I was quite satisfied. I will consider staying here again

Last week I stayed 3 nights at Lenora, the service was top notch, cleanliness was really maintained, every time I returned from the hotel the room was always clean, fragrant and everything was replaced with new ones, starting from towels and toiletries. Coffee, tea, sugar, mineral water are always refilled with new ones. I also left my suitcase and bag at the hotel because I arrived in Bandung in the morning.The staff are all friendly, Lenora's service is really cool, even if there was a problem with the AC it was immediately handled quickly, security is also all friendly, very helpful, next time I go to Bandung I will stay at Lenora again. Thank you yeah

Yesterday I tried to stay, take a twin room because in the application there was no option to get a room, try calling and ask, is there one with one bed? then he answered yes, he said there were only rooms left for the special upgrade type, add 50,000, that's OK, let's go down and exchange rooms.It turned out that after entering the new room, wow, it was really far from our twin room. the room is narrower without full glass, the windows are partitioned, make sure "Ma'am, there's no big glass like the twin type, right? "Oh yeah, no, because it's the standard type, I was wrongly informed, they said it was for a special room.the TV turns on and off, on and off,once it's on, it's not clear what to watch, can't change channels :') can you imagine what it's like to be bored at night watching the TV break downthe window was damaged, he said he wanted to fix it in the morning, but until he checked out, no technician came.Honestly, I was really disappointed, the staff wasn't very friendly either. thanks in advance.

I slept in room 203, 2 nights I couldn't sleep, I was disturbed by the ghost in the next room. He said the staff cleans the hotel, doesn't that make sense, right?I'm not really bothered anymore

Staying with family at this hotel is very satisfying, at a price that I think is relatively cheap, you can get facilities beyond my expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, far from being spooky (because I bring my children, I'm always sensitive to spooky hotels), close to places to eat and Bandung's main square. All the staff were very friendly, especially the security guard who was on duty when we stayed at this hotel. He was very alert and super friendly to our family. Highly recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in Bandung

For rooms, cleanliness and service are not lacking, top marks. We entered at 1 pm and were still well served.All the equipment is on well, the television is local broadcast, the water heater is good, the AC is good, the warm water in the bathroom is OK, the lights are all OK, the keys are working smoothly, nothing is jammed. Toothbrush shampoo soap is safe.For breakfast there is a choice of fried rice, such as Scramble eggs with potatoes, so you can choose, take it at the cafe on the rooftop.You can only get one sandal.Well, the downside is the key part, you only get 1, if you want to add, pay 50k. It's really difficult if the room is automatic but there's only one key, because taking the elevator also requires a key. Hopefully this requirement will be reviewed again.Price 300k only room, 350k breakfast.Overall everything is okay. I like it. Thank you.

The location is quite strategic, lots of ATMs around the hotel. Motorbike parking is in the building next to it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quite comfortable, the wifi is also quite smooth

Our room was just horribly awkward. We reserved a family room, and we were assigned one on the ground floor.The bathroom door only opens half way. You have to manuever around the door backing into the shower to close it because of a comically oversized sink. (The bathroom alao has a crazy loud vent.)Whenever water is used on a floor above it gushes down past this room. How do I know? Because it is loud like a waterfall, and occurs oftenIt's a big room, but the double bed is placed at an angle so you have to climb over it which is just difficult at night.The tea pot had crud on the inside. Someone put something other than water in it, and staff failed to check it.I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport. Idk I thought maybe a newer hotel would have given consideration to soundproofing the room. They didn't. There was also a notable breeze into the room. We think it was the second story window that was the problem (it also has no blinds)The airport shuttle is really an overpriced taxi. 20 euros for a 15 min ride.Other than those problems the hotel was fine. Front desk was helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. My complaints are primarily about this one poorly designed and built room. Next time I think I would go down the street to a chain hotel.

First entry, the room looks neat. But when I checked the mattress... the sheets and pillowcases had not been replaced with new ones... including the towels.The mattress looks like it has lots of yellow spots and shoe prints. And dirty towels

Thank God the hotel is close to my husband's grandmother's house, so I can just walk hehe, I've stayed here twice for Eid.Last night I got the AC room which wasn't cold enough, so today I changed rooms because I was staying in the rest of the night.chose a twin room, one of the mattresses was sagging compared to the other normal mattress.I had to ask to change the bedsheets too, because there were spots.overall ok, that's why I came back here.The quality and service are still maintained, God willing, come back again and again
