I stopped here for one night on my pilgrimage and I have to say: I am very impressed. The room was really nice, the bed was huge and comfortable. I had a terrace and lots of space. The employees were very friendly and always available for a little chat. The employees also respond to emails and the boss responds very quickly. I was able to check in around 1:00 p.m. Breakfast is actually served from 7:00 a.m., but since I had to leave early, I was even able to have breakfast at 6:30 a.m. The breakfast itself was really great: There was even fish, tomato mozzarella, fresh waffles, all kinds of rolls, baguettes, croissants, fruit, Bircher muesli and so on.Conclusion: A really great, loving hotel in close proximity to the train station and the thermal baths with a delicious breakfast and acceptable prices. I will definitely come back again!

I checked in yesterday at 7 p.m. after a 4-hour drive. I booked a single room including breakfast. The service lady at the reception greeted me very friendly and the two ladies who were responsible for the wonderful breakfast were also very friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel in quiet, beautiful streets. It was ideal for transit. The breakfast was really good without expectations. Where even traditional establishments like the Bonner Königshof are now dragging their names into the mud with disgusting sprayed eggs, tasteless rolls and stretched juice substitutes, everything here tasted fresh and delicious.

The reception and breakfast room are in the basement and there are also rooms on the third floor. It should be mentioned in advance that there is no elevator.Unfortunately I could only take a cold shower because there was absolutely no warm water (at 7:30 p.m.). The complaint was received in a friendly manner by a breakfast lady the next morning. The caretaker would be informed, which unfortunately didn't help me with an overnight stay...

All in all, a really chic hotel. But, I had a room with a bathroom in the old villa. Yes, I was told when I checked in that it would take longer for hot water to come because of the age of the house, but hot water never came. I let it run for a while and there just wasn't any warm water. But what I also have to say is that the staff is super friendly and the breakfast was also good. The location is also very good. Parking a bit tight but that's okay.

We cycled there from Traunreut and returned again on Sunday. Regardless of the fact that it was a great bike tour, we were very warmly welcomed there. Room was spacious and great balcony. We liked the peace and quiet... We almost overslept the great breakfast... 😉 There's still something to do here and there, but it was clean and it's an old house with a special flair. We can happily recommend it and will stay there again ourselves.
