The location of the hotel is good. Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator or hairdryer in the room (the problem with the hairdryer was solved at the reception). The breakfasts were excellent, you definitely won’t leave hungry.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet is excellent. Employees all very friendly. Main train station 5 minutes walk away, despite the proximity to the train station there is no noise in the rooms. Parking garage a bit expensive. We will come again.

My new favorite hotel in Hamburg. Since it was newly opened, everything is of course in good condition and in good condition. The breakfast buffet leaves almost nothing to be desired.The location in the immediate vicinity of the main train station, Hamburg city center and Hafencity makes the car unnecessary for every visit to Hamburg.

The hotel is new and modern and can be reached from the main train station in 5 minutes. Beds are comfortable and the room is very quiet. The only drawback was the very small fitness room.

Hotel was ok. Staff unfortunately uninterested and not organized. Breakfast is way too expensive, always the same (we were there for 6 days). Baked rolls, apparently there are no bakers in Hamburg. For over 20EUR per person, it's a disgrace! It's a shame if Hamburg doesn't stay in the hotel again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the recently opened hotel and was very satisfied. The location in the middle of Hamburg city center is perfect for city trips and business stays.The interior design is tasteful and contemporary - you can immediately tell that it has been furnished with great attention to detail. The elegantly designed lobby and the stylishly furnished rooms in particular leave a good impression.But what really sets this hotel apart is the service team. From reception to housekeeping - all employees are extremely friendly, professional and courteous.The price is more than fair for the quality offered. The high-quality furnishings, the excellent service and the perfect location justify every euro. In times of rising hotel prices, this is a real refreshment.Conclusion: An all-round successful hotel concept that leaves nothing to be desired. I have already booked my next stay and can fully recommend the hotel.

Very nice modern and new hotel. The rooms are very modernly furnished. The beds are also comfortable. The hotel is located directly on the street but you really can't hear anything when the windows are closed. The central location is of course a total plus point. I was generally very satisfied. One thing bothered me. We were there one night and were "disturbed" 3 times by housekeeping in the morning. We were still sleeping and at 8:30 a.m. someone came into the room for the first time. The person then quickly left because everything was dark. I have to say that we didn't put up a do not disturb sign at that point. But then I hung it on the door and someone came into our room two more times. There was a knock and 1 second later the door was open. That was very uncomfortable for me. Otherwise everything was great.
