Room was very old fashioned but everything was well maintained and clean, friendly staff.

Nice, very clean and cozy hotel with very nice bosses.

A friendly hotel with its own parking lot, which is located directly at the thermal baths and on the other side there is a park that is perfect for taking a dog for a walk. We had our little dog with us and will definitely come back again.

Excellent location, located near the spa, a few steps from the center.Rooms with balcony, large and clean, good and plentiful breakfast, friendly managers and staff who are always available for any need.

We wanted to get to know something new here. So booked a room here. The owner is quite ok. Thought we were there before and didn't explain anything. Until I asked how to get to the rooms etc. The room seemed to be cleaned, but the bathroom, the floor wasn't really cleaned, a cobweb accompanied us throughout our vacation. The floor also had a lot of dust etc. that wasn't cleaned up. We wanted a second tea towel and normal glasses instead of beer glasses. It was said that one cloth was enough. Oh, they've been there longer, it would be discovered, so they'll get a second one. The glasses come, either 02 or 03, because there is definitely no 05. To be honest, there was nothing until the end, neither cloth nor glasses!!!Breakfast... is a topic in itself. Max two stars. It's always the same thing. One day a boiled egg, one day a fried egg. Never anything else and never both. Always the same sausage, cheese, yoghurt. Unfortunately, the fruit flies also feel very comfortable. The coffee is served in pots and cools quickly. Maximum the cake changes every now and then. The kitchen help and the others hardly speak any German at all, which makes everything difficult, when we asked for a second coffee, but only one cup came in a pot. Same with room service, we wanted to point out that we would be gone in half an hour and the room could then be cleaned. It just came, I don't understand... it only came later, ah yes later, OK.Oh yes. At ten sharp the breakfast was “closed” and the landlady said it was ten and she had to clear up now 🙄.We also wanted to have a packed lunch on the day of departure because we wanted to leave earlier than breakfast started. The owner of the house said, let my wife know, she'll do it. When we wanted to order it from the woman, she said: no, that doesn't exist, we won't do it.That was annoying too.Stay alone, the landlord was nice and friendly and was always in a good mood. But since this alone is not sufficient, the hotel will never see us again.

We had the holiday apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace facing the beautiful garden in a quiet location. The furnishings are Bavarian-rustic, the traditional breakfast is good and plentiful. Nice and friendly service, we felt comfortable. Good location near the park and the thermal baths as well as the hiking and cycling path on the Saalach.

Very nice hotel, the location is perfect, 20 meters to public transport, 10 minutes walk to the city center, mountain views, rooms are well equipped and very clean and cozy, breakfast was also just great, selection a little different every day, rich and fresh prepared with a lot of love.The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their faces, they can also be reached by phone from the room if you have any questions, you feel welcome here and we will definitely come back.
