Unfortunately, my family and I were your guests on a long weekend and had already made some comments at the hotel, but no one at the reception was interested. Beyond our expectations. A top family hotel. Managed with common sense (raising children's awareness of waste). Activities for the whole family. A kids club with French-speaking leaders!!Perfectly appointed rooms (junior suite with children's corner). Simple but varied meals of very good quality.A big thank you to the whole super friendly team. We'll come back!

Great family hotel. We were here for 5 days and were absolutely satisfied. The hotel is much nicer than it looks in the pictures on the internet. Particularly noteworthy is the service staff, very courteous and always there in sufficient numbers. The food was also great, you can choose between buffet and A La Card. Good children's program, we'll be happy to come back!! 👏🤩👌👍

We stayed at the Feldberger Hof for a week with our 2 children (10+13).We had a kind of holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms and a larger living room, but in the all-inclusive package with hotel character.The windows can be perfectly darkened with curtains and additional blinds in the children's room.The beds are very comfortable.The food at the Feldberger Hof is very tasty. There is a breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet, a snack bar and an interesting dinner model.There are at least 3 complete menus (alternating different types of fish and meat) which can be taken as a buffet with fresh salads and various other components (starter, bedside table, fruit, ice cream). Vegan food is always offered.There is also a 4-course menu from the chef, which is served to the table. See photosBy staying at the Feldberger Hof we got the Hochschwarzwald card. This means that all of our excursions (Tatzmania, high rope bridge, gondola to Feldberg, Steinwasenpark) are free of charge for us. We saved at least 300 euros this way.Due to the almost constant range of food on offer, longer excursions are not an issue, there are packed lunches to take with you and when you get back there is always something delicious to eat.Anyone who has children knows how important this is.As hotel guests at the Feldberger Hof, we had daily and multiple access to the fundorena (an indoor and outdoor climbing park, as well as a high ropes course), including VIP access times.The hotel's guiding principle is: the guest is our focus.The restaurant manager lives this motto. He is competent and friendly and cares about the well-being of the guests, gives tips and takes care of all matters.The weekly gin tasting organized by the hotel is very interesting.We had a wonderfully relaxing yet exciting holiday and would like to come back.

We spent a wonderful week at the Feldberger Hof with our 9-month-old daughter! I would particularly like to highlight the friendly, helpful staff. This was truly our standee of the week! We felt very comfortable here with our baby. It had everything you need (baby food, milk, baby bed, changing table, etc.). There are many excursion options in the immediate vicinity. Our little one loved the playroom, the playground and the baby pool - she would have loved to spend the night there :-).Next time, however, I would book a larger room. With a changing table, baby bed and stroller, it got pretty tight. The bathroom was very small. It was difficult to bathe our little one in it. Luckily the weather was so good and we didn't spend much time in the room.The baby chairs weren't ideal because they were open at the bottom. The straps were often broken and when they weren't, our little one could barely move with the strap on. This often made us feel uncomfortable while eating because we were afraid that our daughter would slip out at the bottom.It would have been nice if the hotel had also offered snacks for babies (e.g. salt-free rice cakes, corn chips, etc.).However, all of this is “complaining at a high level.” We were really very satisfied, enjoyed our vacation to the fullest and will come back. Certainly :-)

We were at the Feldberger Hof for the second time and it was once again very nice. There were only a few minor things to complain about, but the hotel manager Ludwig took them very seriously. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location directly on the Feldberg. Great activity opportunities for children of all ages. Especially with the Fundorena with the indoor high ropes course, trampoline and much more on your doorstep, fun is guaranteed. The swimming pool area offers a variety of options and is extremely well maintained. Only at peak times can space in and next to the pool be tight.The staff is very courteous and attentive, especially towards children. Despite being all-inclusive, the food and drink is very tasty and varied.We felt very comfortable and our child had a lot of fun.

We spent 5 lovely days at the Feldberger Hof. Had a holiday apartment with enough space. The only drawback is no ventilation system in the bathroom and toilet, as there is no window, this would be worth improving. Food TOP. Hotel TOP. Suitable for babies/children of all ages. Friendly staff in all areas.

Fantastic location at one of the highest mountains in Germany. Family friendly to the max. There was literally nothing that was not available or could have made the stay better. Highly recommended for families with kids of any age.

This year we are going to the Feldberger Hof for the third time during the autumn holidays. It's always very nice. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Our children like the childcare and the swimming pool.Only the beer tap is a disaster. 90% of what comes out is foam. Even the waiters struggle with it 😉

Dear Feldbergerhof team,where do I start, where do I end...First the positive: our children had a lot of fun during our stay and the attractions for the children are very nice.Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio for accommodation, comfort, food and drinks is not there at all!You should definitely learn a lot about the Familotel Sonnenpark in Willingen!Despite the fact that all Familohotels are owner-managed, the name “Familohotel” should stand for the same high standard!!!The food was ALWAYS cold (except for the fries) and the selection was not satisfactory! Drinks are only available during certain time slots. The water is far too cold, our children had stomach aches on the first evening, etc. The water is also not available all the time and is only available in two areas in the hotel. The staff advises you to purchase overpriced drinks from the bar, supermarket or vending machine from 8:36 p.m.On the first evening, the waiter very strictly told our children that they would only get their collection stamp because we complained that the food was cold. You have 2! full plates eaten and the 3rd not. That leaves me speechless!The hotel room smelled like a sewer the whole time. There is no comfort. You are greeted by a naked, cold leather couch without pillows and without a couch blanket.In general the hotel lacks comfort. There are no relaxing reading corners for parents where they can read a book in a nice armchair. You are welcome to sit in the entrance area on catering chairs. Even smokers find it more comfortable outside.At Fanny's Restaurant, all guests wait in front of the door like on a bus until the door opens AFTER 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately the quality of the meat is poor. Here too you can see mass production with limited quality.To reach an employee in the wellness area, a sixth person is in the lottery. Even over the phone you get thrown off the line.There are no clocks in the building, so our children can't stick to the agreed times.To sum it all up: We won't be coming back!

Our vacation at the Feldberger Hof was once again absolutely great. We were there for the 5th time and we really enjoyed it this time too. For the first time we stayed in the residence instead of in the hotel itself. The apartments there are very large and practical and also beautifully renovated. A little more noisy than the hotel itself, but not extremely.A big thank you for the team responding so well to our food requests (due to allergies).For the first time we ate at Fanny's restaurant and we really enjoyed it, the food was delicious and the children had fun with the slide.We'd love to come back.

An absolute paradise for children of all ages, it definitely won't be boring here.The entire hotel complex is very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and accommodating. Buffet with a lot of choice and delicious food.We can't say anything bad about this hotel.
