Quality decreases. Shower not hot. Requires a room deposit of IDR 100 thousand and can only be cash. The surrounding area is not as busy as before.

The hotel's strategic location is close to Ciwalk Mall and the Odjolali souvenir place. Check in time was 2 o'clock but when I wanted to check in the room wasn't ready and I still had to wait another 20 minutes, when I arrived the room smelled clean but the floor of the room was still a little dirty with lots of hair but it paid off with a beautiful view of the mountain view and you could see the sunrise. Make the service good and the staff friendly. Each floor is provided with a dispenser for refilling water. Stayed here during a long weekend holiday.

The room is clean, okay too. The bathroom is clean, the hot water works well. It's just a shame that the lights are centralized in 1 point, and there's no night light. So it's either darkness because everything is turned off, or information when it's turned on

it's still quite new, so it's still clean. The lobby has lots of sofas and 2 toilets. There is also a lift available. clean rooms clean toilets. Location on Jl Cihampelas. near the mall, and around there are several places to eat, but it's not really a favorite.

Cleanliness is very maintained. Standard room facilities: TV, AC, water heater, get 2 bottles of mineral water. The toilet also smells clean, the water heater turns on normally.I booked a deluxe room with a large window facing the main street.Great offer for comfortable lodging. Near Indo/Alfa too.If I'm not mistaken, it's still the same management as cove.id, so the rooms are really distinctive.

Conveniently located in one of the best tourist spots in Bandung. Easy to find food, gifts and fashion. Or if you just wanna hang around in malls and shopping centres.The hotel is clean and elegant. Check in & out processes were quick, effortless and friendly.The room assigned to me was neat and clean. AC works properly. Drinking water (bottled) supplied everyday. Electric kettle is available to make coffee or other hot beverages - this is superb, a huge plus for me as a coffee drinker. Bathroom okay (could be cleaner though). Currently only one stop contact is available, at least one more stop contact is needed.Overall, I had a pleasant/enjoyable stay. Wish to stay longer if I could.With the right price offer (depending on OTA's marketing promo), this is definitely worth repeat order.

The location is very strategic in the middle of Bandung city, especially for those who want to walk around Ciwalk. We stayed in a Superior Double Room, the room was enough for 2 adults, there were large windows facing the street.Big homework for those of us who are bringing babies because there are no baths, so for those of us who are bringing babies, be prepared to bring a washcloth.The condition of the room and bathroom is clean. Friendly service, including the man who helped park the car, because the parking space was narrow and very limited, so it was regulated. There is no breakfast, but early in the morning there are people selling breakfast nearby so it's safe. There is no wardrobe but 2 clothes hangers are provided.

When you come, you're tired and go straight to bed, when you check out you have to replace the AC remote in the room. Suspected of stealing my AC, I was told to unload my things and didn't want to.The officer's stupidity actually blamed me for not checking whether there was an AC in the room!In the end, I had to pay, which means I admitted that I stole the remote! Unclean.
