Really nice place.😊Was very excited after reading all the bad reviews. We have been very very satisfied.👍Beautiful room with mini bar, which we had to use free of charge if we said no to cleaning. It was even filled up.👍Dinner was buffet both evenings.Maybe a little tough to fill up, but it was filled up.Breakfast was also super delicious. We could make a small shopkeeper's house with "snolders". We have not experienced that before.Everyone has been nice and helpfulsmiling.Had bikes with me. Cycled on both sides of the canal. Was with the glider over, and through the tunnel home.Cycled 35 km. down there. Rendsburg town was a disappointment.

Very solid. Only 1 waitress who had her hands full. Help came later.Unfortunately the food only deserves three stars. The meat was very tough, especially the beef, fried potatoes were good and the mushrooms were very good. The dessert was very tasty.Everything is very expensive. I definitely expect more for that.

The hotel is located directly on the Kiel Canal. We had a suite with a direct view of the canal and the ships passing by. |The suite was ok. Likewise breakfast. Bicycles can be rented. …

Unfortunately I was unlucky with the room this time. It is located in the older part of the hotel. The room was quite small, the bathroom was very small. The bathroom facilities were quite historic, especially compared to the rooms/bathrooms in the newer part of the hotel. Breakfast, as always, varied and delicious. The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel directly on the NOK is great.

We got a really warm and good welcome from the night portie, who was really helpful and chatty. We had our electric car charged on site for a fixed price of €15, which must be said to be fair. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast is not the best we have experienced in Germany, but also not the worst we have tried.😀Nice view of the Killer canal from the room.We would love to come again.
