First time I have used the services of this caterer.The part that really appealed to me was the special Mother's Day brunch and the delivery.The command:It was a work colleague who sent me details of the Mother's Day brunch because unfortunately it was neither present on the website nor present on the Facebook page.Contacted in the evening on messenger and response the next day.Easy online payment thanks to a link sent directly by email, nickel.The website needs to be improved because it lacks professionalism in the oresen and navigation.Delivery:I asked to be delivered by 9 a.m. and I was delivered at 9:30 a.m. I had already sent a Messenger and an SMS at 9:15 a.m. to ask what was going on, not seeing anyone coming. Unfortunately I never got a response. I can understand the reaction but an SMS or messenger to warn would not have been too much trouble.The presentation:Everything was packaged in a beautiful heart-shaped box, a very nice box for Mother's Day.Inside we found all the sweet part. I think the presentation can be improved as it really looked like everything was crammed into the box.The sweet part:As for the pastries, pancakes..., there is nothing to complain about, everything was good and fresh. Small downside on the texture of the baguette, but probably linked to the humid weather.For the fruits, unfortunately they were not sweet at all, whether kiwi, strawberry, melon..The salty part:All the cold cuts and cheese were good as well as the slice of salmon.The slice of foie gras was really thin and more like duck mousse than foie gras.Whether it was the foie gras or the salmon, they were both simply placed on a large salad leaf in the tray.The plus:For Mother's Day there was an extra. a rose decorated with greenery.Price:Having ordered 2 brunches, I asked that the floral assortment be removed for the second and that I be given a discount, a €10 discount which was given to me. Very commercial.Summary :The concept is really good, but the quality of the service needs to be improved, particularly in terms of quality and presentation.The cost also seems high to me given the quantity and quality.In the end, by correcting these different points, it would be great, but not to date.

Good evening, I have been with Karen for 3 years, the meals are extremely good, the cakes are also she always has a smile, even her team has a smile when they deliver to you, she has always listened to her customers, they have of the delay he warns you and she goes out of her way to satisfy her customers even her team they are very serious people on whom we can count I thank her for all these good dishes and desserts who we can trust I highly recommend her you will see it offers you several small varieties which are interesting and the prices are really reasonable

Hello, given the latest comments about the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. D, it seemed objective to give my opinion. I attended this wedding on September 9, 2023, with my husband. Being a couple of restaurateurs, we have 34 years in this field and we can largely intervene in this presentation. Yes, we are giving you the lowest star rating, because your service was mediocre and unprofessional. Arriving at the reception, no set-up in sight. A completely empty aperitif table. The service takes a long time to start because apparently you were not in place. The drinks arrive, but with 40 degrees the drinks are not cold. Could glasses placed on a tray and refrigerated have been anticipated? The appetizers arrive: nothing exceptional, nothing homemade except perhaps the garnished moricettes. Your waitresses take the practically empty trays and with their bare hands gather the leftovers in front of the guests. Could gloves or tongs have been considered for hygiene reasons? A barbecue is set up for the main course, but what a surprise to see your cook sear the skewers when the starter is not even served! The starter is relatively correct, apart from the temperature of the dish which allows the foie gras to warm up. A glass of chilled white wine? This is not possible nor a chilled rosé, because the wines are at room temperature but the red is chilled. I don't understand ! As I presented it, the skewers are charred. The accompaniments are passable. A good scallop skewer: well no, but very poor quality frozen scallops. It looked more like appetizer skewers. The bride and groom are not eating, could you perhaps have invited the guests before the guests so that they can help themselves? The cheese is passable. Fortunately the cake saved the evening. Fortunately it came from an excellent, renowned pastry shop. The waitresses are absent, we have to go find them at the bar to get some things to drink. Your team's outfit is absolutely unprofessional: they smoke, handle cell phones, wear ballet flats (or are their safety shoes), hair down! Surprising this lack of hygiene. I absolutely do not recommend you. I saw your responses to other negative comments: a little originality and not a simple copy and paste. Fortunately there was a financial arrangement, it was not otherwise given this presentation. Poor coordination with the organizer? Isn't she the one who cooks the skewers? Isn't she the one who keeps the drinks cold? Isn't she the one who chooses your professional outfits? Where your skilltowards hygiene? On the other hand, you know how to have connections to post comments on your site! It's not very smart for the comments to give it a star and no one even praises yours.
