Loud bass music at night until 4am. We couldn't sleep, it was so loud in the room that it was really intolerable. We couldn't check in either, no one was there and no one could be reached by phone. We didn't get the check-in email. The one star was for the clean room, although the mattress also needed to be replaced because there was a very strong chill that interfered with sleeping.

The location of the hotel is good, you are in the middle of the city and can reach everything on foot. Restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. There is a parking garage (Q Parkhaus) where you can park for €16 a night and from there it is a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The staff I met was very nice. The room itself is quite good but has too many disadvantages such as:Because it's too cold because it's an old building and isn't well insulated and the windows don't seal well, it only gets warm for a short time if you turn the radiators to full strength, but it doesn't keep the room warm permanently. The door to the room felt like it was made for dwarfs. I'm over 1.90m and I hit my head several times. The WiFi doesn't work consistently. The worst thing of all and why I only give one star is the noise when two people are talking on the street and you think they are in your room. The best thing is that you have two tracks here: from Thursday to Saturday it feels like a discotheque and on the other days a hotel?!?Unfortunately, I had to experience it on a Thursday evening and it was crazy - the room shook and vibrated from the bass of the system and the screaming of drunk people until 1:30 a.m.! Then the music stops and the drunks get even louder. The fact that you casually mention on your homepage that the bar is open from Thursday to Saturday does not warn customers about this noise. This should be clearly visible in bold, underlined and red and that your room can shake and vibrate until the early hours of the morning.

It's a complete mystery to me why one would cause the greatest unrest even during the week, late into the night, with stupid bass whining.

Nicely decorated room. Unfortunately, the extra bed we had booked was not prepared; as the reception was no longer staffed upon arrival, it could only be made up the next day. At this point we had already set everything up as best we could ourselves and it was no longer necessary. WiFi didn't work except for a few hours during our stay. The staff was friendly and apologized for this. Given the very high price, it's just annoying and therefore not recommended.
