Nice hotel, basic, no fridge, no coffee/tea making facilities, but easy to pop down to reception and have a one, breakfast was OK, good selection of cheeses and meats, and so for the price of the hotel I thought it was good value I paid 79euros per night 400 euros altogether for my visit of 5nights,i will almost certainly stay again at this hotel when visiting my deutsch daughter family👍

Employees tried hard and were very friendly, the buffet was always tidy and was regularly refilled. Room and location okay. High praise to the staff! It was very nice with you.

The parking lot is free at the moment because the elevator doesn't work. Otherwise they would charge for it. The old town is very easy to reach. The bus stop is right outside the door. But it only runs until 8 p.m. The breakfast buffet was OK. The room doesn't have enough sockets to charge cell phones. There are none at all on the bed. Our room was right under the smoking area where the smokers smoked the next morning and the smell came through the open window, which we didn't like.

We stayed at the Hotel Hesse from August 14th to August 17th, 2024 and had a very nice time there. Despite being understaffed, the staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient. We also enjoyed dinner every day and were also plentiful. We finally managed to explore the heath in all its splendor. It was advantageous that we had our bikes with us. The weather also cooperated. We would like to say thank you and can recommend the hotel.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff. The breakfast staff in particular are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. Unfortunately there are no multigrain rolls available. Room and bathroom were clean. The room is simply furnished. Sockets next to the bed would be nice. The bathroom offers enough space. Bus stops directly in front of the hotel. But you can also reach the city center in about 15 minutes by bike. Very good price/performance ratio.

We took a week's vacation in Celle. It was a great time. The rooms were clean and my wishes regarding the bed were taken care of immediately. The service was courteous and very friendly. We booked with breakfast and everyone found something. There could be a better selection of fruit. But otherwise we were very satisfied.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel.There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. We were in Celle within 10 to 15 minutes by bus.Although the hotel is located on the street, you don't notice much of the traffic, even with the windows open.Breakfast was sufficient, including multigrain rolls on offer.Muesli, yogurt in a cup, fresh fruit whole, coffee pot at the table...We had only booked with breakfast and stayed in the house once for dinner. The food was very good.All in all we can recommend the hotel.

You feel completely comfortable in the hotel. Only downside parking fees of 5 euros daily. They're not justified because you actually pay for things like that in the main price

Outdated hotel. If you accept 3 stars it is certainly appropriate. Unfortunately our room wasn't really clean, it was quite big but not nice. If you have an arrangement with a bus ticket, but the bus only runs from 12 p.m. on the weekend, the high overnight price of over 100 euros is unfortunately not justified. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel if you want to relax and unwind in comfort.

We booked a city trip to this hotel through mydays. We also received confirmation from mydays. In the hotel itself it was said: “You should have waited for confirmation from the hotel”. We had called the reception 2 days before and asked whether everything was going well - the answer was: "Yes, everything is booked - no problem." The older gentleman at the reception made it clear to us that it was our fault we had no confirmation from the hotel. Dealing with customers like this is not possible. After some back and forth we got a room. The floor of the room was extremely dirty - the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly either. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel Hesse in the city of Celle Lower Saxony. Simple, pretty, cozy hotel. Very very nice staff. Marie at the reception gave us a very warm welcome. At breakfast, two gentlemen and a lady as waitresses are very nice, friendly, correct, quick. Thank you everyone. The rooms are also very clean, beautifully and simply furnished. At night it is very quiet, pleasant.Special thanks also to Konstantin and Marie.Thank you. If the opportunity presents itself again, please come to the Hotel Hesse.
