Very central location in a very nice part of time. Really friendly staff. The hotel has modern contemporary style hotel, which is quite cool to other ‘classic’ style hotel setups. …

Attention: theft by room serviceWe were at Sir Savigny's in Berlin on our anniversary. The first impression was great, the entrance passage already smelled wonderfully of the hotel's care products. The reception is at an ordinary table, where you then sit down with the hotel employee. Unusual, but we thought it was cool. The employee welcomed us well, but people with a stick up their ass might think his demeanor was unprofessional. We think that's just his way, we didn't think it was a bad thing. We stayed in the Sir Suite and the room is an absolute dream, the furnishings look great and everything was spotlessly clean. However, there are a few shortcomings:- If you set the temperature of the shower water differently, it only took effect after a few seconds.- The faucet in the bathtub is a bit stuck.- The TV was not connected to the Internet. Netflix had to be updated, so that wasn't possible.- The hairdryer is "hidden" in a black bag at the bottom of the dark compartment of the laundry room cupboard. This is quickly overlooked.- We found the adjustment of the chandelier complicated. You might have that at check-in. can explain in more detail. We found a nice receipt with congratulations on the anniversary, which made us happy. The bed is absolutely lovely. If you don't sleep well, no one can help you.The location of the hotel is perfect, you are right next to an S-Bahn station and it is in Charlottenburg, so you are very central. The toiletries in the room are great. There are some in the shower as well as the bathtub.Checkout was just as quick and easy. But now to something that we found very unfortunate. Especially in a more upscale hotel like this. My girlfriend had expensive make-up worth almost €100 stolen. Before we left the room in the morning she had left it by the coffee machine. When we came back in the afternoon after room service was over, it was gone. I don't want to accuse anyone, we obviously don't have any evidence, but things don't just disappear into thin air. We mentioned this at checkout and were told that they would look for it in the room. I don't expect us to be reimbursed for the things or their value, but I would have hoped for at least a small compensation or gesture from a hotel like this. Hotel guests being robbed is an absolute no-go, especially in a hotel in this price range. But since it's the cleaning staff, we won't give the hotel a bad rating. In the end, the hotel as such cannot do anything about it.

Very... strange. Eclectic? Steampunk-ish decor. Service correct, quite fast check out, check-in paper based. Negative: No real desk and chair in the room.
