Almost deserted hotel, for reception you have to contact the establishment next door and moreover 2 years ago with the reservation of a room there was a pass for 3 hours of thermal baths which is no longer the case today, it seems that you have to book at least 2 nights... Another small problem on a 90 bed there is a 90 duvet you turn around twice everything is on the floor, bad night.

Unfortunately the reception at the Hotel SoleGarten is closed and you have to check in at the SureHotel.The hotel is ideal, very close to the park and you can start your excursions from here.The furnishings are no longer the most modern, but sufficient for my taste. The room and bathroom were clean.Sufficient parking spaces for cars are available on site.Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is no longer held in the hotel. There are actually very attractive rooms available here. Breakfast will again take place at the SureHotel. You can quickly cover the few meters on foot. However, the furnishings in the SureHotel seem a little less like a "holiday", everything seems a bit bare and uncomfortable. With the high ceilings it was more reminiscent of an old school.I can highly recommend the cocktail bar in the Hotel Solegarten. Very tasty cocktail mixed by a cheerful bartender. The ambience gives the feeling of being on “vacation”.This was my third time here and definitely not the last time.

A somewhat ghostly hotel... The reception is at the Best Western, which closes very early in the evening, creating an obstacle course for latecomers. Note within the hotel a bistro where the welcome is very warm. Price not worth the service.

A hotel that is getting old, but still very clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet in the Sure Hotel next door with a very rich breakfast, very nice service and with everything you want for breakfast. Delicious coffee and a great ambience. Direct proximity to the beautiful spa park.

Check in at the bestwestern hotel, where breakfast (plentiful and good) is also eaten.Room itself is okay, a bit outdated, shower unfortunately with mold in the door area and quite narrow for strong guests. Balcony sufficient, unfortunately paint that is crumbling.WiFi is unfortunately very dependent on visitors, for the most part there is a new connection every 2-3 minutes!!Staff very friendly.

Old hotel but clean! Hotel staff friendly and helpful! Unfortunately no escort to the room on arrival! What I also didn't like was that you have to walk to another hotel for breakfast, about 200m in another building! There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway of the hotel because of the carpet! I wouldn't recommend this hotel! The area is very beautiful! ! !

The first impression of the hotel was like a rehabilitation clinic. Unfortunately not a typical hotel character. The hotel is no longer the newest. The WiFi was slow, the mattresses were lumpy, the bathroom was small and the heating was loud and weak. The cleanliness of the room and the central location were good.The breakfast buffet was good, but unfortunately in the next hotel.The best thing was the hotel bar, which had a nice atmosphere and was a great place to spend some time.

We booked through booking com and didn't have the greatest expectations but were still quite disappointed.The hotel and rooms are very old and are ok for a short trip but not suitable for staying comfortable for a longer period of time.Our room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable, but if you took a closer look it was lacking in cleanliness. The toilet had large yellow deposits and the toilet seat was yellow on the bottom. Faucet at sink and shower old and very unsightly. It took quite a long time for warm water to come out and in the shower there was more of a dribble. A quick shower and washing your hair is not possible as a woman...During Corona times the room was not cleaned daily but only from day 4 onwards and if you still needed toilet paper you had to ask.Breakfast was ok except for the somewhat dry rolls which tasted like baked goods to us.The only big plus was the great location!!
