Dream location in the middle of green hills with a view of the mountains, very close to Füssen. The farm is located between farms. Large apartment, generously furnished. Comfortable beds. The most beautiful lakes nearby and hiking opportunities for every taste and fitness level. It was definitely not the last time I was there.

The house was very beautiful, furnished with great attention to detail. Our double room was also nice. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and without contact with employees - a good concept in itself, as long as no questions arise.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. This can definitely be done better and cleaner.It is also believed that we should vacuum the room before checking out and remove the beds ourselves. not the guest's job. This can certainly be debated.The accommodation is okay for a few days stay.

Excellent accommodation with well-equipped rooms/apartments with great attention to detail. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and always helpful.An absolute recommendation for your (Allgäu) holiday!!!

We vacationed in the Magnushof holiday apartment from September 16th to September 22nd.The location of the holiday apartment is very nice, as it is surrounded by meadows with a beautiful mountain view in the middle of nowhere.Check-in was contactless, the key to the apartment was in a key box with a pin in which the tourist tax, surcharge for the dog and deposit were later to be stored, as staff were rarely on site.The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired on the day of arrival. There were cobwebs hanging in various corners and the chandelier in the living room was probably broken. It hadn't been cleaned in the last few months and the fittings in the bathroom were covered with water stains, toothpaste residue and dust. Even the towel holder was so dirty that it certainly hasn't seen a damp cloth in the last few weeks.The kitchen was worse equipped than any student apartment, we only had enough pots to make spaghetti with bolognese, the equipment wouldn't have been enough for more. There were no garbage bags and only one roll of toilet paper for two people over seven days. The light in the kitchen was dimmer than any candle and became even dimmer when the kettle was turned on. The couch showed various cracks and holes.The internet in the holiday home was also not sufficient, despite various WiFi amplifiers, and became very poor or failed completely, especially in the evenings when all the families were in their apartments.Although we paid extra every day for the dog, we were responsible for vacuuming our room when we left - "the next tenants will thank you" - which statement fits the overall picture of hygiene in the apartment.The bed should also be removed on the day of departure. This revealed a very large, yellow spot in the middle of the bed which stimulated the thoughts. Unfortunately, the typical hygiene pad that is usually found between the mattress and the fitted bed sheets was also missing here.We only saw the first employee on Thursday. He sat on his RECARO office chair, concentrating on his computer and simply said hello. After three nights in the holiday apartment, we decided not to talk to the employee about our shortcomings because we had already spent a few nights in the apartment.On the day of departure, an employee was supposed to be at the registration desk from 8 a.m. After a 15-minute delay, he arrived, took the key from us and scurried up to the holiday apartment. We went after him to talk to him about the deficiencies and hygiene - unfortunately we only got very unfriendly and brisk answers, such as that he "owns a total of 30 holiday apartments and can't take care of each one personally. If the cleaner had to clean 10 rooms, then That would be just the way it is." He handed us the deposit without saying a word or looking at us and left the apartment before us without making further conversation possible.While waiting at registration we saw that there was the option of a “Füssen Card”. This information was not provided to us, but we did pay the tourist tax.Unfortunately, it's a shame that you can't accept criticism and approach such a situation in an escalating rather than de-scaling manner. We won't come back.Attached are some pictures from the day of arrival (September 16th) and one of the bed on the day of departure.We have been coming to Allgäu once or twice a day for 4 years and love it here - so this time we wanted to treat ourselves to a slightly higher priced apartment and were unfortunately disappointed.

Booked spontaneously on the day of arrival and coincidentally got what I thought was the most beautiful room (mountain view). There was an uncomplicated and warm welcome from the owner. About the holiday apartment: Everything made of wood, great and comfortable furniture, a lot of attention to detail and super clean. The only and very small negative point is that there were no towels on site. But that shouldn't detract from this beautiful accommodation with a magnificent view of the mountains. I can recommend the Magnushof with a clear conscience and would book there again at any time.Thank you very much for a wonderful, relaxing break on your farm! :)

Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it there. Vacation in the country. Very quiet location, landscape with views of the mountains. The apartments are very tastefully decorated. The owners are on site every day or can always be reached by phone if you need them.We have been here for the 7th time now.The Magnushof invites you to linger. Perfect with a dog as you can go for long walks. There are feces dispensers everywhere, and everyone really pays attention to everything.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to reach out sometimes. You get the best tips for hiking from these people.We ourselves have met so many great guests at the Magnushof, with whom we are still in contact.The house is in a rural location and you should be aware of this, as described in the description. Cows are part of the atmosphere.This is not a hotel, as some of the negative reviews here seem to forget.We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it. Because after the vacation is before the vacation.

Rarely experienced poorer communicationIn July 2024 I reserved a deluxe double room with a dog for 6 days via booking.de (bk). However, a holiday apartment (!) from the Fewo Team G&K Favoriten Fewo GmbH with the same address as the accommodation was confirmed in the chat.The price in the booking confirmation was only an estimate, which raised further questions.Add to that- Cost for the dog of €15 per day(Why can't you find this on bk before booking?)- Breakfast can only be booked on site (!) for € 15.90 per day (we do not offer this option on bk. The contradictory chat answers from the Fewo team probably initially referred to a holiday apartment: no breakfast possible! That was revised later in chat.)- Deposit of €150 must be paid in advance- Final cleaning € 40 (not applicable at bk but for what?, apartment, double room...?)In the end my questions were probably too annoying. I was quickly “asked” by email via bk to accept the cancellation within 24 hours. Otherwise costs will apply. The cancellation deadline until August 3rd, 2024 was arbitrarily shortened. I experienced this for the first time with Genius Level 3 status, this approach is exceptionally bad.There's one star from me for that. At least there were answers. I hope it is an impetus for the Magnushof to treat its holidaymakers more respectfully and to improve communication in these areas.

We spent a long weekend in the cozy Chalet Eisenberg. Despite the constant rain, we were able to spend very relaxing days in a relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful ambience, the extremely friendly owners and the good breakfast all contributed to this. I will vacation at Haus Magnushof again.
