Nice little hotel in a good location for the city center. Anyone who knows the B&B hotels knows the size of the rooms and is not surprised. They aren't particularly big, but that's completely ok considering the price. The breakfast is good and since we were on vacation, it wasn't a problem to wait for fresh rolls to be baked. The rooms are very well soundproofed, which means that the street passing by can hardly be heard. The distance to Prota Nigra is about 600m on foot. If you want to save on parking fees at the hotel, you can also park in the adjacent residential area.

Unfortunately there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, which is why I only used the bathroom sparingly.Despite the need and booking, the hotel room was not barrier-free.Positive: you can get to the city in 18 minutes on foot.

Relatively good, there could be a few things better like breakfast or a bit more cleanliness but for the rest I can't complain.Price/performance ok

Starting with check-in. There was no one at the reception, the check-in machines weren't working and we were just standing there. We then registered through online check-in and were then told that our room would not be ready until 3 p.m. When we arrived in the room we immediately noticed that the mirrors were dirty, both in the room and in the bathroom. The worst thing, however, was breakfast. €12.90 per person per day for this is just a disgrace. The apple juice is empty and there are no rolls. We stand there and wait for new rolls. Luckily, a polite woman pointed out to us that the rolls had to be baked first. After 25 minutes they were finally there. 5 minutes later we left again because a lot of people were just waiting. I just ask myself, how can something like this happen? Just disorganized!! NO RECOMMENDATION

The hotel is quite unfortunately located between a busy road, where some cars significantly exceed the speed limit and therefore cause excessive noise, and the main train station where trains also do not exactly run quietly. As for the rooms themselves, they are really just for sleeping. I rate the comfort of the beds as average. The breakfast, especially the pastries could be fresher, by half past 8 there were only rubber pastries waiting for me. Coffee was undrinkable, probably the cheapest coffee blend they could buy anywhere.

Price ok, room functionally furnished and clean, breakfast ok, parking available, staff friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also ok, just under 20 minutes walk to the city center.

We stayed at the B&B Trier again. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the B&B concept is very practical when traveling through. …

Not suitable for school trips! No group room. Reminds me of youth prison. Located next to the postal logistics center, windows have to be closed, otherwise no sleep is possible. The air conditioning could not be controlled below 20 degrees, rooms were too warm to sleep. Staff very nice and hard-working, but mercilessly understaffed. Not a second time.

We felt very comfortable. Whether the cleaning staff or the people in reception, everyone was very friendly. I really like the concept of this hotel chain.
