A very nice little campsite. Very good, quiet location, the city can be easily reached on foot or by bus. Good and very clean sanitary facilities. Washing up with hot water possible. Very friendly reception. Unfortunately, reservations cannot be made. We would definitely come back again.

The last time we were here (about two or three years ago) the current tenants had taken over the campsite in the first season. This year 2024 we think it is more structured. They have made this noticeably better for tenants. The cleanliness in the sanitary rooms is completely fine.The friendliness and service is polite and nice like the first time.The Neckarstube on the square offers a manageable menu. The pizza and salad we ordered tasted good.All in all, we are very satisfied and can recommend the place.

We were there from July 19th to 20th. with a motorhome here.The place right on the river was quite nice.Until midnight, very loud music was booming from an event on the island...The bread service is great: you order in the evening and can pick up baked goods the next morning, but only from 8 a.m.I really liked the large tap where you can fill drinking water into canisters.However, the campsite is in high demand and the tents/motorhomes/caravans are accordingly crowded.The showers are functional but not inviting.Toilets and showers were mostly clean.Check-in is only possible from 11 a.m., and the reception is closed during the two-hour (!) lunch break and check-in is not possible.Pitch (up to 7.99 m) 25 € / night€4 extra per personElectricity €3.50/nightReservations are not possible - a very big drawback!

Very cramped site. Forget it if your a tent and car camper. Tents are on a narrow patch of grass and you have to park the car on the narrow road with caravan traffic. Risk of losing a wing mirror are high.The toilets are excellent and it’s a 20min walk into town along the river.

Very nice city campsite! Sanitary facilities are top notch, everything has been newly renovated. Quiet location despite being close to the city. You can reach the city in 20 minutes on foot. The way there is very beautiful, along the Neckar with a great view of the city and the typical boats.It's a shame that you can't make a reservation. We got one of the last places. Unfortunately it wasn't the greatest place on the campsite, but it was close to the sanitary facilities. We also found it a bit annoying that you can't drive the camper onto the site after 8 p.m.The snack bar is great, the food is very good. However, it was closed on Saturday due to a lack of staff. So don't rely on there being anything to eat there.We'll definitely come back because we really like Tübingen!

The campsite is suitable as a motorhome pitch.3000m from the old town.Walk or bike along the Neckar.For the city (old town) you need a good 2 days.The campsite has everything a good one should have.Please note the arrival times.Friendly reception, walk with you to the parking space.Supply and disposal, chemicals Toi, garbage everything OK. Washrooms, showers and toilets are as clean as everyone finds and leaves them. Daily cleaning.Larger and smaller places available. Tiered prices.Tent meadow available.Surface, lawn/grass and gravel depending on the space.The place is shaded by tall old trees. Some no satellite TV.Extra spaces for smaller mobile vehicles such as VW buses etc. are available.So, now,Exploring the old town is recommended. Please allow some time. Especially if a wine bar (Besen or Heckenwirtschaft) is open.So, go there.

Campsite surrounded by nature very close, on foot, to Tübingen.We camped at Neckarcamping from 10/08/2024 to 13/08/2024 with our very small caravan. It immediately proved to be an excellent campsite: located on the bank of the Neckar river with the possibility of also doing water activities and from which, with a pleasant walk along the river and across a small island, you can easily reach the center of Tübingen on foot.Managed with courtesy, competence and professionalism by the very nice Bianca and Michael who, among other languages, also speak Italian.Vincenzo Ricci Turin, 27 August 2024

We were only here for an overnight stay. The route there (through the residential area) initially irritated us a bit. Very quiet location and we received a friendly welcome. Our sanitary facilities were clean. Unfortunately you cannot reserve in advance.

Beautiful campsite near Tübingen. Friendly owners and clean sanitary facilities. Possibility to order sandwiches for the morning. Perfect for a night in transit by bike!
