Terrible!!! If I could I would give 0 stars! The beds are rock hard... Oh no, WOOD hard!!! Because there is no slatted frame, but a WOODEN PLATE!!! I didn't sleep at all the entire night. If it were possible it would be 0 stars.In addition, the toilet is disgusting on the inside. I wouldn't put anything in the minibar either! There were crumbs of dirt on the beds when we came in.You have to expect old equipment based on the pictures. However, you definitely can't sleep on the floor just as well.The only plus: one of 7 parking spaces was free and the reception was nice.

It was unpleasant because the water in the bathtub and sink didn't flush, I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the bed as I tossed and turned, and the screw at the top of the window near the window, which was extremely heavy, almost fell and injured my family. Even though we asked for help, we couldn't get it and it took our whole family working together to fix that heavy window. I never want to go there again.

I was told that the entire hotel only has 2 rooms without carpet. I booked online and left a comment that I wanted a room without carpet. In the hotel I had to pay an additional 20 euros for a room without carpet from the 70s.The 5 stars for service are only for one employee who was super nice and friendly.

The rooms were even better than I expected. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but it was such a convenient location that we could easily eat somewhere in the city. Any store can be reached, everything was nearby. near the central square. There was a stop nearby where the trains go, the walk was about 5 minutes, so I liked everything, it was super, even better than I expectedwe rented an apartment there in the apartment there was a kitchen in the kitchen everything was necessary for cooking

Room is the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, the lack of air conditioning can be issued in hot weather.||There are 4 parking lot that free of charge. The location is quite hard to find it. Otherwise, there is parking lot nearby with 8 Euro per day.

I decided to spend the night in Rüsselsheim. But the hotel room was fine for sleeping, even with a bathtub.If you go there to sleep, it's good. I found the staff very friendly at 10 p.m. and 5:30 in the morning.

The staff makes a professional impression.BUT:The facility is pretty dilapidated.For example, there is simply no trash can in the room.However, what motivated me to write the review is that I didn't have a WiFi signal in the room and therefore (if you're traveling for work) I couldn't get some things done.Instead of offering me another room, they supposedly restarted the router as if this would strengthen the signal!!!By the way, the parking situation is terrible.

Our flight was canceled and so we ended up here for one night. I didn't expect anything from the hotel anyway. The second star goes to the reception staff. They were really very friendly and helpful. The rooms from the 80s. What bothered me the most was the noise in the hallway. Neither the guests nor the cleaning staff showed any consideration. There is a Greek restaurant nearby (Stavos?) that was really nice.

The hotel is a disaster, you come to the room and you have to air it out for a few hours. The room smelled so bad and what's worse, it wasn't just me, it was also my colleague who was with me!Keep your hands off the hut!!!
