A nice hotel with an attached leisure pool. We stayed overnight from Sunday to Monday. On Sundays, however, the pool is more for families. Relaxation is hardly possible. On Monday morning, however, it was fantastic.The breakfast was above average.I'd love to come back again.

We booked the Vital Hotel for one night from October 26th, 2024 to October 27th, 2024.When we got there, we found that the large parking lot was completely full. This is probably due to the fact that the thermal baths are not only accessible to hotel guests but also to the public. So I waited about 25 minutes until a parking space became available. My wife checked us in during this time.The room was very nice and clean. However, there is carpet in the room.After unpacking everything, we took the elevator to the Panorama Bar. A very nice bar. We were given drink menus by the staff. After about 10 minutes we wanted to order. I looked at the staff (a woman and a man). At that moment they both went out onto the terrace and smoked a cigarette without paying any attention to the guests or our order. When they were finished, they remained on the terrace. When I went out onto the terrace and asked if we could order, I was simply told dryly that they would be coming soon. We then left the bar. What pathetic service.The breakfast the next morning was varied. However, there is also a wait because, in my opinion, the dining room is simply too small for a hotel like this.

My best friend and I had a girls weekend and I can say we are impressed. The service was very courteous and friendly. The room was great. Our highlight was the panorama bar, simply awesome, the atmosphere was great and this bar is run by a young woman named Anna who knows her craft 1000%. Anna makes incredible cocktails, we love them and look forward to our next visit. Kind regards and see you soon

We were guests at the Vitalhotel with half board for one night (Thursday to Friday).The thermal baths were completely overcrowded at the time of our arrival. There were no free loungers left and the pool was so overcrowded. The sauna area was also full. Unfortunately, the thermal baths were not a place for relaxation. Since we had nowhere to lie down, we went back to the room and didn't use the thermal baths.The deluxe double room we booked was very small (I doubt that it was really “deluxe”). The bed is extremely comfortable! :-) In general, everything is pretty old (chipping pieces of furniture...). Unfortunately, the bathroom door was completely dirty (see picture).The three-course menu in the evening was okay, but nothing particularly special. The breakfast, however, was very varied and good.The staff is friendly. Sometimes it seems a bit artificial.The price-performance ratio is simply not right when the thermal baths are so overcrowded. Ultimately, it's just not a place to relax.It's a shame (It was my second stay at the Vitalhotel. There probably won't be a third chance)

Super nice rooms. Great breakfast. High quality dinner. Great sauna area and good gym.Service mixed. Partly extremely friendly, partly catastrophic. Lisa from the reception should go to the back office - completely impossible, listless and snotty towards the guests.

Overall a good experience. I would have liked a bigger room. The rooms and the amenities are very simple, of a 3 star hotel. Service is perfect and the location is far away from the main attractions of Frankfurt's city center. If you you are looking for a getaway from the city in a silent place, than this is the place for you!I was also expecting more from the dinner. I had pasta (Penne) with walnut sauce and chicken. Chicken was delicious but the pasta was lacking so much flavor. 3 of my friends that also ordered the same dish, had the same option. The walnut was not existing unfortunately. And for the price I was really expecting much, much more.Sauna was nice!

Thank you for the great short break from our everyday lives! We felt very comfortable and in good hands when we checked in. The girls in the upper bar did a great job and were proversional and friendly even with this huge crowd! Great hotel with great staff and delicious food. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired - everything from sweet to savory is included. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Note: The "third bed" in a double room is not for people over 1.70m. But absolutely sufficient and comfortable for a child or smaller people. Beautiful thermal spa with many different pools, sauna area and large, modern fitness studio including courses with great trainers. Supermarket (Aldi) is just around the corner as well as a nice little hike to the Meisterturm (great view) past the game reserve. About 20 minutes by car from Frankfurt Airport. I can easily imagine it as a stopover. Perfect hotel for a family or girls weekend, for example.

Even though we were only there for one night, it felt like a week of relaxation. The peace there is incredible.The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Since there is construction going on in the thermal baths, it is sometimes a little louder, but not too much.We are already looking forward to the next time because it was an almost perfect time!

Well - a standard hotel at a price that is far too high. Poor service, rooms are the cheapest of the cheapest.Breakfast really just the basics, nothing special, that makes every MotelOne better.I don't even want to start with the thermal baths. If you want to know more, just look at the reviews on Google.

Very disappointing and misleading – no recommendation!We booked an overnight stay from Sunday to Monday at the Vital Hotel in Hofheim because we were expecting a Sunday special on the website that promised a 50 euro discount. Unfortunately, the website is designed to be extremely misleading.Despite the discount shown, we ended up paying the full price of 250 euros instead of the advertised 199 euros.Although we raised the issue with both the bellhop and the manager at the front desk, both were unwilling to give us the 50 euro discount, even though it certainly wouldn't have hurt the hotel.This was extremely annoying and shows a lack of customer focus.There was no goodwill and we were forced to pay the higher price.One thing is certain for us: We will not book this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.Very misleading in my opinion.And there was nothing about relaxing either because it just hurt for a few hours.One more thing: the employee on the evening of check-in was absolutely friendly and professional!

Here is your review:---**Disappointing experience despite nice surprise**I have always enjoyed being a guest at this hotel and my husband wanted to surprise me with a stay. He booked the stay normally via the website because he wasn't very familiar with the offers. Unfortunately, he didn't know that the Sunday special with a stay at the thermal spa and breakfast was available for only €199. Instead he paid the normal price of €256.Unfortunately, when we spoke to the manager and asked for goodwill, we were not given any. We still had to pay the full price even though the offer was available on the website. This understandably put a damper on my husband's mood and it was really disappointing for us. Although I have enjoyed visiting this hotel in the past, this will probably be my last stay.The thermal baths area has also not convinced me in the past. I often find the water to be too cold and for the price of €25 per person the area is relatively small. Last time the price even included a 3-course meal, which was not the case this time. The price is simply not justified for this performance.All in all, after what was actually a nice evening, I unfortunately went home in a bad mood. It's a shame and unfair that regular guests are not accommodated here.

Booked yesterday for the entire weekend, deluxe room, should be a nice wellness weekend as a couple. Today I requested a massage via WhatsApp, as explained in the booking confirmation, for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. No massage appointments available, unfriendly response from the wellness department, they already had appointments for next year, nothing available at such short notice (4 days in advance).In short, hotel guests should register here months in advance if they also want a massage. We then canceled the room again. If you are a hotel guest after guests come from outside, you should think about the massage department.

A 4-star hotel where my expensive bike has to stand unprotected on the street cannot get a good rating, even if everything else should be top. The picture shows what the hotel has to offer, no mistake, of course I asked.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is in no way justified here. At a price of 350€/night with half board without drinks, we expected much more. The dinner menu was, to put it mildly, a disgrace. How you can get meat so tough is a mystery to me. You can look at the rest in the photos. The trainees were left completely alone and sometimes looked very helpless. Leaving aside language barriers. I will leave the view from the “Deluxe” room uncommented. Shame about the money...

We visited the hotel on September 7th, 2024, which we really liked from the outside. The food in the restaurant and the Panorama Bar next to the thermal baths were a small highlight.Unfortunately, there was a problem when we left that was communicated incorrectly. For a price of 300 a night, I expect friendly, professional service at reception. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we left the hotel with bad feelings. When we asked for towels, we were met with a mushy “why?” even though it was supposed to be a wellness hotel.After breakfast I asked what the use of the thermal baths was like, and was told that there was a discounted ticket when I checked out.My husband went back down afterwards to check out and they told him that we would pay at the end and sent him AWAY. We left the room and around 1 p.m. we were back in front of the reception, who was very unfriendly and told us that we had forced a late check-out on our own (the room had already been vacated before 12). When I explained this (the unfriendly lady was also present), there was no apology or understanding from the hotel. The colleague from the evening before was very nice, so this probably doesn't apply to everyone, but I will never book this hotel again. For 320 euros a night I expect specific, professional and above all friendly service.

We have been going to this hotel for years and are always really satisfied. The thermal baths are great, the rooms are really modern and always clean. The Panorama Bar has world-class cocktails, I can only recommend it. Unfortunately, this rotation function now squeaks a bit annoyingly and it jerks a bit, which wasn't the case before.The breakfast buffet is always really extensive and extremely tasty!!!Small point of criticism:Unfortunately, we also noticed that there are more visitors with children in the sauna area on Sundays. We don't have children ourselves and really enjoy relaxing in the sauna area. Unfortunately, if this is used by children as a play area, it is a bit disturbing. I also find two boys wearing diving goggles in the outdoor pool somehow inappropriate. A little more attention should be paid to feeling good and relaxing.
