We were there 3 years ago, everything was greatNow, however, I wanted to book, no one answered the phone, after I wrote and received an answer 5 days later, they asked me the suite, which I wanted to book immediately, and asked for confirmation...nothing for days! Then today came the hotel was not available, like now, I can go to the suite, but then again not?!!The whole thing is very strange, one phone number is no longer the right one, on the other you answer at some point, say yes and then cancel again??What's going on there??

Long explanation - still worth reading! Our travel company (CWT työmatkat) had booked a night at the hotel. For some reason, the hotel could not confirm in advance that the payment has gone through, so they insisted on paying from their own wallet, and refused to speak directly with our travel agency. What made it scary was that two members of our trip weren't coming until the respa closes at 7 p.m., so they weren't given a place to stay the night. Fortunately, new accommodation was arranged for them through our travel agency from another hotel.But I would advise you to think about going here, especially in winter, or if you are not traveling with your own car, or if you are traveling independently. It can be boring. Otherwise, the next day I wondered about the matter to the staff, according to them there's nothing they can do about it because the weird-respa-guy is the owner of the place.

Very nice and service-oriented operator. Nice room ambience with a "hidden" hairdryer in the closet instead of in the bathroom ;) Great mountain view (at least in our room) and everything you need is there. Free Wi-Fi, late check-in (our fault thanks to a short-term rescheduling) was fortunately not a problem and went smoothly. Unfortunately, only the restaurant was unexpectedly closed, but you should just ask about that in advance (insider tip :) ). Always happy again and great breakfast buffet, where you didn't miss anything. Super delicious rolls, muesli etc.

The food was ok, there was squeaking everywhere and the employees weren't the nicest either. The room was ok, you have a balcony and a nice view, the TV didn't have any good channels. I therefore only give 1 star and would not go there again.

A somewhat outdated hotel that has a renovation backlog in one place or another. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay and slept well in the room. We had a mountain view from the room and in the morning it smelled so delicious of freshly baked croissants and rolls.The location is great, there is a bus to Eibsee every hour.Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly.The breakfast buffet was small but had everything your heart could desire. We drive it delicious!Unfortunately the hotel does not have an elevator. But for one night, that was OK for us.Parking spaces are available. Free directly at the hotel. That's great.

The room and the food were fine. Unfortunately, the young man at the reception, who was also our waiter at dinner (apparently the fairy of everything), seemed to have gotten off on the wrong foot. Pretty unfriendly guy.In addition, laughing in the restaurant is strictly prohibited!

Positives: Nice rooms, great views from the balcony, comfortable modern mattresses, friendly staff, charming style. Water bottle in the room was often replaced with new ones!Negative: You practically never see employees except for breakfast - but this can be explained by the corona-related staff shortage. Wi-Fi could not be used because the signal strength in the room was hardly or non-existent (the statement was: “It should actually work, the router is on the roof”). Devolo Powerline adapters for LAN instead of WLAN were plugged in on every floor... 🤔 I wouldn't advertise “free WLAN!” Breakfast very spartan, 2-3 types of sausage, 2 types of cheese, yogurt, rolls, mini croissants, watermelon. Scrambled eggs on request. Everything was delicious, but seemed very sparse. Unfortunately the restaurant was completely closed, no information about it. Very unfortunate. The price was a little too high for us...

Very mixed feeling about being able to leave a review.Positive: very friendly welcome and service at dinnerNegative: Room very shabby, clean, but in the bathroom!!! Toilet seat loose, shower tray not covered. See pictures.Bed frame creaked terribly with every movement. Smoke detector not working. See image.Unfortunately we were unlucky enough to get a room facing the street. It was very hot and we had to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately there was a lot of car traffic all night long. Incredibly loud. There were slatted frames and a mattress in the hallway in front of our room. Very messy. A pity. No reason for us to stay here again

Bad relation quality price.Very expensive hotel.old bathroom.The soap in the shower was worn out.The table and chairs on the terrace were dirty.You can find something cheaper in the area.Uncomfortable beds.Very poor breakfast.Food runs out, they take time to replenish.The only good thing was the breakfast girl and a blonde girl with medium hair.The owner is very weird.Recommendation find another hotel in the area.

Very friendly hotel staff, a very nice atmosphere where you feel comfortable. Hotel rooms are kept very clean. Simple setup that is completely sufficient. A beautiful view from the balcony. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet was very nicely decorated and varied.We obviously felt comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time.

We stayed here at the hotel for five days. The hotel room was clean, plain and simple, no frills or anything... The bathroom is in need of renovation, but otherwise very good.The service at breakfast was very friendly. Every morning you were greeted with a friendly good morning and asked whether you would like to eat scrambled eggs or fried eggs. This was freshly prepared and I thought it was delicious. There were rolls, bread and croissants 🥐 for breakfast and fruit, cold cuts, vegetables, yoghurt, jam etc... If something was missing, it would be taken care of.They are all child-friendly.Thanks for the great days.

A Bavarian inn as you imagine it. Rustic restaurant with delicious food, rich breakfast buffet. Central location with public transport connections to Zugspitze. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room was very spartan (except the bathroom was very well furnished), and the mattress was uncomfortable in our opinion because it was much too soft.
