Very cozy hotel, polite and committed staff. Cozy lounge area where you can enjoy peace and quiet and retreat. It is perfect for people who really want to have some peace and quiet. Everything you could want is right there. It's not far to the sea or to the aquarium or anything else.

We arrived on Thursday afternoon, it was very easy to get our key as the code was sent to us by email two days before. At the reception we had the key to the very nicely decorated maritime room. We had a little surprise for dessert. Well, the bathroom was small but had everything you needed, shower gel and a hairdryer. The breakfast in the morning was more than plentiful, as it was always replenished. OK, the parking lot wasn't cheap, but if you organize a P pass for the parking garage a few days before arrival you can park for €3 per entry and exit (this makes you think about whether you actually need the car and wouldn't rather leave it parked) . Everything can be reached on foot or even by bus.So we felt really comfortable and are happy to recommend the hotel 🏨 and we'll be back the next time we visit Wilhelmshaven.

Very nice staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable. The reception is not staffed in the afternoon. But everything is explained well by email so that you can get to the hotel and into your room without any problems.

Nice cozy place! I sent an email a day before to check availability and they replied quick. Also wanted to store my bike, they left notes for all the procedures as I came outside of check-in times. Very friendly and responsive peoples. If I travel again to this region, I would definitely stay here. Plus the bread at breakfast was one the best I had :)

I can only recommend it! It was a great price, you have everything you need in the room and it is very comfortably furnished. So I would definitely book there again :) when I called the emergency number because I spontaneously had to book another evening, the manager was very understandable and calmly clarified everything with me the next morning. The staff is also very friendly and the location so close to the city center was super convenient for me to see everything about the North Sea Passage 😊👍🏻thanks for the support and the great stay!

A very nice and clean room in which we felt very comfortable. We were welcomed very lovingly. Finally a hotel with really good beds. THANKS!!! The breakfast is plentiful and lovingly prepared. We'd love to come back

In the middle of the city center, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, cross the street into the nearest green area.In addition, the hotel itself has a nice atmosphere, small but cozy rooms that have everything you need for your stay.

Hotel Keil is highly recommended.Price performance is great.The breakfast was very good.The rooms clean and quiet.Slept very well. The pillows we brought with us were not used. As 3 pillows were provided.

Small hotel in an old building in the middle of the city. Unfortunately no elevator. But everyone was very friendly and helpful.Small, fine breakfast buffet. Simple but fresh, everything you need. A little tip: fresh scrambled or fried eggs are only available upon order. Unfortunately there is no sign anywhere. It's a shame, I only read this by chance in a review, so we tried it out on the last day. Delicious.For allergy sufferers, gluten and lactose-free breakfasts can be ordered in advance without any problems. I liked that very much.Price performance good.

I was there for the 4th or 5th time and again the stay was very pleasant. Room 37 this time, almost spacious, very clean, beds good, bathroom big enough and also pleasantly maintained and clean. Breakfast: small but nice (like the whole hotel!), attentive service, sufficient selection at the buffet, fresh rolls from the bakery. Pleasant, friendly tone in the hotel, surprisingly quiet outside despite the pedestrian zone (city center!). My first choice in WHV!

Was here in May 2023. In principle, I can recommend the hotel, but the parking spaces are a little further away (5 minutes on foot) and are not exclusive to hotel guests.The room (No. 12) was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice. Unfortunately there was no lockable valuables compartment in my room. The breakfast made a good impression and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There was also a reading area with numerous books.All in all a positive overall impression 🙂👍🏻

Travel time was September 2022. Very bad and unprofessionally managed hotel. Reception only sporadically staffed. Single room (No. 16) as small as a storage room, which is why they are definitely not listed on the website,No Wi-Fi in the room, but only in the area around the dial-in location (reception), TV goes off during operation, pungent and acrid smell in room 33, also no blackout, after requesting a room change we were given a smaller single room, the bathroom was even smaller than in Room 33, (you can't move properly in the bathroom), 400 meters to the parking lot, breakfast very manageable. It was supposed to be a nice 2 day stay, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing stay.
