We were very satisfied, the staff was nice and helpful. The reception is beautiful. The TV also worked. The walls in the room were a bit striped, but we felt good, the whole hotel was quiet. We are very satisfied, although we had our doubts because of the negative reviews, but in hindsight I don't understand them.

Shabby hotel, poorly located, poorly equipped staff not helpful when you report a problem to them (and unfortunately there is some) the work is still in progress, great when you work at night and need to sleep during the day, the furniture provided seems to come straight from a landfill. Avoid

Its a nightmare hotel to begin with, the whole way all scratches and dented, bathroom shower water is all over the bathroom even in the bedroom, air conditioning wasn’t working and we were sweating all night. And believe, bedbugs also, my friend and I got all beaten. I have send them an email about all of that, they didn’t bother to respond even. Don’t be fooled about the pictures on the website. Just saying. I’m still shocked till now. I am asking for a refund.

A shameful hotel, scuffed walls, the bathroom leaks water everywhere, the television works half-heartedly, the heating control is covered, there is no control or blanket to cover yourself with if you are cold, an experience not to be repeated. .. of shame....

Budget hotel, unable to access without car.
Small rooms in which you can't open windows. Hotel workers knocking on door at midnight to check if you are smoking. Alarms going off every morning. Overall a bad experience.

Appalling experience.The shower water pools under the sink due to shoddy construction and impacts many rooms.The TV isn't connected to any antenna and was unplugged.There isn't a fitted bed sheet.There are cushions for pillows.No room service or food available on site.There was a disgusting permanent mark on the toilet seat.The drawers were old and scratched in the bedroom.The internal areas of the hotel looked like they had hosted a paint ball tournament a few days ago.Worst. Hotel. Ever.

Please don't assume it's so close to airport by the name "Airport Hotel" check the location first. It's in the middle of nowhere. Only way to reach this hotel is by car/taxi, or you have to walk about 20..30 mins to reach nearest bus station. No restaurants nearby you have to use uber it. Room and service was average.You'll get better connectivity to airport by trains from city center than this, cheaper ans faster. If you have your own car then it's fine.

Do not even want to give them 1star, it is the worst hotel I ve ever stayed. I payed 390eur for 3might but they can only print an invoice of 313eur for me, and the attitude of the reception desk is very poor. Location is also hard to take an Uber. I will never go there for the second time

Basically, a shabby hotel lost in the deep suburbs of Amsterdam.No access to public transport, having to take an Uber at 10th to get to the first TER station (i.e. 2km5) or 40th by Uber to go directly to the center, suffice to say that it goes up quickly..Drill in the walls in the morning when you wake up!Pleasant personal positive point but that's all!
