Good savings, rooms look clean. Park the car in front of the room. Suitable for stopping for a nap. Stay in the car while traveling. Air conditioned room 350 baht/night.

Please study.Garden Place Phetchabun CEO / Director / Deputy Manager / Related PersonsRecommendations/CommentsThis event happened on the morning of 07-01-2024 at approximately 07:00 - 08:00. The story is that we have been staying since 05-01-2024 and have already paid the stay fee including the key deposit for the first night. But the accommodation fee for the 2nd night has not been paid yet. On the morning of 06-01-2024, I informed P'Fern that I would be staying for one more night. When I arrived on the morning of 07-01-2024, there was a night shift employee driving a black Civic sedan with a license plate. Chiang Mai Province He informed that he had not yet paid the room fee. So I asked if I could pay at check-out. He replied that he couldn't and that he had to pay. The second night's accommodation fee is normally paid upon check-out and the key is returned. I informed that person that Previous stay Will pay for the 2nd night's accommodation and return the key. She replied that she didn't know. I accepted the next job from the morning shift. And one more thing, the beautiful elder has to hand over work to change shifts. So I paid the room fee so as not to inconvenience my beautiful elder.……..Seriously. With just this much money for the room, I don't plan on cheating or running away. Because before checking in, the staff asked to see my ID card. I don't want this much money to be a problem. Maybe it's a good idea to check if you come to stay here often. Over a period of more than 2 years, I stopped here for 2 nights at a time. You can check your stay history here. And the payment for the second night's accommodation will be paid along with returning the room key to P'Fern. It's really a shame and a loss of feeling during this stay. You can't really evaluate just the cost of the room. I wasn't impressed by anything. I just want you to look back. If it were you!!!!! What to do and how to feel #Leave it for you to think about. The accommodation is clean, quiet, open and airy. There is free bread and coffee in the morning. Near many delicious restaurants. Near Kasalong Thai massage shop, convenient, comfortable, comprehensive.

It's worth the price. I didn't think that for a price less than 400 you would get a room this good. It is a very worthwhile rest before continuing a long journey. The location is a bit deep into an alley. Surrounding is an allocated village. I heard some cars running. But it's not so loud that you can't sleep. It is considered peaceful enough to rest and recharge.

Our room was fine with a clean bathrooom ( as shown ), wi-fi operabke, water pressure fine, had a T.V. yet didn't use it. A plus is the mini-fridge stocked with 2 bottles of water ( 1 shown ) and a couple of pepsi's @ 15 baht each for anyone not wishing to run out to the market . Really nice lake/ pond for walking w/ in a kilo, great noodle shop ( same distance ) and a few mini stores, other eateries really close by. We found this stay through Google maps and we recieved the 380 Baht rate as others had previously . Their rack rate is 450 Baht and should they be near capacity I believe it fair. We were as of 10 pm 1 of 4 families checked in and they may have 12 accomodations ? Call ahead to check availability and you are a stones throw from both the Military golf course, PhetchabunG.C. and really close to City Center. There are no other amenities and we are fine with that as this was a late check-in/ early check out situation.

Room price 380, spacious room, clean, smells good, sleeps very comfortably. There is toast and coffee available. The owner and staff speak very well. Very good service There is also a dog to welcome you. I'm very impressed. I'll come by again and stay again.

Spacious room, book through agoda 450-.deposit 100If you call to reserve, there is a promotion of 380-.Clean, has a flashlight in case of a power outage.The lamp is cool. The lights in the room are bright. Sit and work comfortably. You can park your car in front of the room.The room is not soundproof.

The rooms are spacious with a choice of single beds. Couple and clean The bathroom is nice and clean. There is a refrigerator for storing drinks. Good price, good service 👍

The accommodation is clean, the equipment in the room is TV, air conditioner, water heater, refrigerator. I like that there is a work desk as well. Convenient parking in front of the room. Reserved through Agoda on February 20, 2021 at 7:30 p.m., 2 rooms, money already deducted from the card. Go out to find food to eat. Come back and check in to your room.
