Stylish apartment with a lot of space for us (7people). sauna is pretty small (max 2-3 persons, mostly sitting because of the sloping roof). great outside/smoking area with fresh air.

Exceptional apartment, very well equipped with a splendid view. Please note however: the 2 largest bedrooms are only separated by a fence.Mickael is extremely warm.His explanations are clear, his advice wise. We can count on him at any time.

INCREDIBLE APARMENT. Mikail greeted us and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. He gave us fantastic recommendations for bakeries and restaurants. We had a charming tour of the amazing apartment. We loved the sauna and gourmet coffee maker. He provided beans for the first morning. We walked to a bakery and brought back the most amazing treats. We loved the spacious balcony with incredible views. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a high tech dishwasher and a WINE COOLER with separate racks for red and white wine. Electric blinds on the bedroom windows blocked the light but you can open the windows to hear the birds singing all day. Comfortable beds and bedding. So close to everything, we parked (in the FREE spacious underground garage) and elevator. Everything was sparkling clean. The views, the mountain air, the modern luxurious furniture, and accessories were so memorable. We didn’t want to leave! My thanks to Mikail for a wonderful and hospitable stay.

It was a great pleasure for us to live in this charming and well-maintained apartment. The apartment's furnishings left nothing to be desired - everything we needed was there and in perfect condition. The cleanliness was impressive and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality we experienced from Mikail. We felt very well looked after and appreciated the personal care. The location of the apartment was also ideal for our needs; we traveled as a small family. There were shops, restaurants and short walks to hiking trails or sights in the immediate vicinity. Overall, we had a wonderful time in our apartment in Garmisch and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your hospitality. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back again. Thank you very much 😃

We had the best time at this apartment! We were a family of 8 traveling together and we were so happy to find it clean, the appliances in working order, plenty of dishes and utensils, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood safe and the views incredible! The apartment agent also was very helpful and kind for any questions we had- from recommendations on where to eat to how to make a phone call to a local number since we are not from the country. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area! 🇩🇪❤️🇩🇪

Super great apartment, very good location, we arrived by train and were able to reach everything without any problems! Restaurants, pedestrian zone, bakery, train station, Zugspitzbahn and much more! The host is super nice and tries very hard to make the stay perfect!! We can recommend it 100% and would book a holiday there again at any time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, the kitchen is super well stocked. The covered terrace with a view of the mountains is also a dream...as is the whole apartment!! All in all TOP!!!

I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights in the most beautiful apartment I have stayed in! I'm a hiker and there are so many things to do just a short distance from the apartment. The apartment is quiet with a super comfortable bed which is the true sign of a good vacation rental.I am so sad to be leaving this phenomenal view. This place is heavenly ❤️

The accommodation is well equipped and justifies the price. The apartment is very centrally located to the Pachtnachklamm excursion destinations, ski jumping facility, ...). Everything within walking distance. Quiet residential complex with spacious underground parking lot, train traffic doesn't bother you at all. The valley station of the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn/cogwheel railway feels like 300m away. Very nice welcome and support from Mr. Mikail. Mr. Mikail answered questions promptly, even late in the evening 👍 Professionally
