In the heart of the Fichtelgebirge, a beautiful ambience with delicious roasts and local dumplings 😊. But there is something for every different taste. The beer garden with a great view should also be mentioned here 🌞

Lovingly run country guesthouse.Everything is looked after here with a lot of dedication and the Machold family always has a kind word and is always helpful.The relatively large room is tastefully and practically furnished (TV, table with seating) and everything is really very clean. The large shower room with window is even equipped with a hairdryer and care utensils. You immediately feel at home and soon no longer notice that the wooden floors creak because it was once an old but beautifully decorated farmhouse.What was great were the many places to sit in front of the house between the beautiful flower plants or the places to lie down behind the pond near the birch trees with a view of the neighbor's sheep and alpaca enclosure. An idyll to relax in the middle of nature. Splendid!Right next door, we were not only able to have a delicious breakfast at the Birkenhof Wirt, but we also went there for dinner.It's only a few minutes' drive to the Siebenquell thermal baths or a shop in Weissenstadt and there are lots of great excursion options for young and old all around.Dear Machold family: We would love to come back, it was really so nice with you! Thanks for the great vacation.

A cute little guesthouse with extremely friendly management.Dogs (Labrador mix and Finnish Spitz mix) are also welcome here, but they should be used to not going to bed ;)The rooms have everything you need, but are just a little noisy.Breakfast is available a few meters next door in the inn, which I highly recommend!From the accommodation you can go hiking wonderfully, whether an afternoon trip or a 6 hour hike, everything is possible from here.Gladly again!

Very quiet location. Small but nice guesthouse. Breakfast buffet sufficient, no frills. If desired, you can also get scrambled or fried eggs.You can get breakfast in the restaurant next door. About 50m on foot.Hiking tours start right behind the house. For relaxation, we recommend the Siebenquell thermal baths in Weißenstadt, approx. 3km away.Landlady very friendly. Pension can only be recommended. Will vacation there again.

Beautiful rooms, centrally located for excursions nearby, hiking, thermal baths, or next door for an alpaca hike. Price very cheap. Breakfast buffet is in the Birkenhof inn.The only drawback is the cracked floor.Anytime again, gladly.Had a nice view of the small lake in front of the house.

Rural and idyllic!Very warm service with a nice hostess. Quiet location, but at the same time very suitable for hikes in the Fichtelgebirge. Third time there and will definitely come back.
